Located in Tokyo, Shibuya, underneath the Inokashira Line platform. The Keio C&C Curry has been a favorite of mine for decades due to its spicy curry. I tried the Hamburger Curry Spicy for 680 yen, which is not sweet or beef, just very spicy. The spicy curry roux, made with 28 different spices, is still delicious. The hamburg steak was quite tender and easy to cut with a spoon, but personally, I prefer it a bit firmer. The rice was average today, without much variation in texture. The Fukujinzuke that used to be placed on each table is now gathered in the middle, perhaps as a COVID-19 precaution. The Zeetle point card service was a bit inconvenient to use, and my phone didn't respond to it. Despite the lower expectations for other aspects of the meal and service, the prices are reasonable. Overall, it may be worth exploring more B-grade gourmet options. (Just a fan's personal opinion) Thank you for the meal.

Located in Shibuya, Tokyo, C&C is a curry specialty shop under the Keio Group's food division. It opened in 1968 and is conveniently located on the first floor of Shibuya Mark City EAST, near the bustling Shibuya Station. I visited C&C for the first time in six months and ordered the Morning Curry B for 490 yen, which came with sausages, spinach, and chicken nuggets. You can choose between regular and spicy levels, and I opted for the spicy one. The curry, made with 28 different spices, was delicious and familiar. The quick service allowed me to finish my meal in just 10 minutes, and I even received a service voucher. I will definitely visit again in the future. #C&C #KeioGroup #MorningCurry #QuickService #ShibuyaMarkCity #PASMO(Suica)accepted #CurryExplorers #Souvenir #Curry #Nobuo #ServiceVoucher #100%ChanceofRevisiting (including other branches)

I live in Shibuya Ward but I hate Shibuya Station. It's always crowded with people. Once I finish my errands, I want to go home as soon as possible. I stopped by after a meeting in Fudomae, but with the entrance ceremony season and inbound tourism picking up, the area around the station is really crowded. I was really hungry, so I thought about grabbing lunch before heading home, but everywhere was so packed that I just wanted to finish quickly. I was tired of standing and eating soba, so I decided to go to CC for the first time in a while. The interior had been renovated and a large ticket machine was installed, creating a strange atmosphere. But I ordered the usual hamburger curry. Oh, it's 680 yen now! Expensive. I attached a photo, but the visual for a 680 yen lunch looks too plain. I think they could do better. But it's been like this for about 40 years. The taste was better than last time, at least decent. However, for an old man like me, even the regular size is too much.

I had cheese curry. At first, I thought it was just regular curry, but then I noticed the cheese was on top of the curry, under the rice. This way, when heated, it becomes stretchy cheese curry. C&C has a strong fan base, but in terms of taste, it's a classic "right in the middle, normal" curry. Recently, Coco Ichibanya has become more standard, but it has a bit of a unique taste. When it comes to curry from the early Heisei era, I think of C&C.

Visited on Saturday at 18:30, seating rate was around 30%. Looked at the menu photos and purchased a ticket for Three-Piece Pork Cutlet Curry with Spinach and Fried Chicken topping, spiciness level was medium, payment was 920 yen. They have a system where they call your number when the order is ready, and my number was called in about 2 minutes - very fast! The curry was mildly spicy, and it was nice to have both curry and rice with the pork cutlet. The curry was easy to eat without any strong flavors, but I felt the pork cutlet was a bit soggy even though it should have been freshly fried. It's not a big issue though, so I would like to come back again.

I tried a fast-casual curry shop that is often seen near major train stations for the first time. Located on the 1st floor of Shibuya Mark City, near "Standing Yakiniku Jiroumaru" and "Yokohama Ramen Samurai". At "Curry Shop C&C Shibuya Store", you purchase a meal ticket at a touch panel ticket machine. After buying the ticket, you wait at your seat until your number is called, then you pick up your order at the serving counter. The default spiciness level is "medium", but you can also choose "spicy" or "mild". It is a self-service system with trays, spoons, forks, chopsticks in a paper bag, sauce, soy sauce, and other condiments available at the serving counter. For some reason, there is Fukujinzuke (pickled vegetables) in a separate corner. I ordered the "Three-Layer Pork Loin Cutlet Curry" with medium spiciness and added a large serving for an extra 100 yen. The cutlet was thin with a crispy coating, but the meat was a bit tough. The curry was slightly sweet with not much spiciness, and it reminded me of cafeteria curry. The rice was cooked just right, with each grain separate. Overall, it's a quick meal option for when you're in a rush.

Cheap, delicious, and fast. This curry is just really good in a positive, ordinary way. It's so tasty that you can eat it with peace of mind and find yourself stopping by often. This time, I tried the omurice curry for the first time! - Omurice curry 650 yen - Chicken karaage topping 150 yen I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was (´ー`) What was it? Was I just really hungry? No, regardless of my condition, it was undeniably delicious, but it was a very satisfying kind of deliciousness, haha. The fukujinzuke (pickles) is also really tasty...! Omurice curry is not bad at all. The egg adds a mild touch and pairs perfectly with the fukujinzuke. The freshly fried karaage is hot and crispy, so be careful! I could eat like 10 of them, it's irresistible. (´ー`) I was in a hurry, so my lunch was a hectic 10-minute affair, but I still managed to take a breather. Thanks for the meal.

When I tried to take a nap, I couldn't buy a meal ticket because someone was using the vending machine or something. I waited and waited, but nothing happened, so I had to retreat and went elsewhere. I had C&C curry, which was really good. I ordered it spicy, but without any toppings, I like to eat it light.

■Visit Date: October 20, 2022■Received Item: Three-layered pork loin cutlet curry■Received Item: On this day, I had the Three-layered pork loin cutlet curry. I chose medium spiciness. The freshly fried pork cutlet was piping hot and juicy, very delicious. The curry was just the right amount and tasty. During lunchtime, you can see many office workers in the restaurant. It's nice that you can quickly and easily enjoy your meal. I was completely satisfied as my stomach was sufficiently filled.■Blog Link: https://ay-style.net/

I didn't have much time, so I decided to try out a curry shop called C & C near the station for the first time. It's located along the Keio Line. I ordered the chicken karaage curry with extra toppings, which changed the price. You can also choose the level of spiciness. They offer options for extra large and special large servings. The only side menu seems to be a few types of salads. I love fukujinzuke, so I was grateful to have it. The order came out quickly, which is a great advantage of curry. The chicken karaage seemed to be pre-made, but surprisingly crispy and delicious. I wish I had ordered extra curry as the rice portion seemed a bit lacking. But if you stick to the regular balance, it shouldn't be a problem. Overall, it's a great value for a quick and satisfying meal! Thank you for the meal.

Simple curry rice is so good, isn't it? Sometimes you just crave it out of nowhere. I visited the curry chain "Curry Shop C&C" for the first time in about a year and a half. This time, I used the Shibuya store, located a short walk west of JR Shibuya Station. The area is bustling with many dining options like ramen and rice bowl dishes. Shibuya has a certain "brightness" that you don't find in places like Marunouchi or Yurakucho. Perhaps due to the fierce competition in dining options, the "Curry Shop C&C Shibuya store" was not very crowded even during lunchtime. The majority of customers seemed to be individual male diners, but it didn't feel unwelcoming to women, so don't worry. I purchased a meal ticket at the ticket machine near the entrance. This time, I had the "Chicken Cutlet Curry" (tax included 700 yen). The cutlet wasn't freshly fried, but that meant the service was quick. It's like fast food. It's nice when the waiting time is short, right? The curry, both the sauce and rice, had a simple deliciousness to it. It's great to be able to enjoy this kind of non-edgy curry anytime. However, when it comes to cutlet curry, it can't beat Kanazawa curry. They have really made a name for themselves with "Kanazawa Curry" as a genre in its own right.

Category: [Tokyo] Curry and Indian Cuisine ☆ Shibuya Lunch Today, I am busy with personal matters and have taken a half day off from work. Please refrain from commenting that I should be at work instead of writing a blog. Curry Shop C&C Shibuya (C&C) is owned by the restaurant company Keio, which doesn't have a very impressive image, but the only grand slam they hit is Curry Shop C&C. It's like hitting a single with Takahata Soba. European-style Beef Curry 630 yen + Large serving 100 yen. I used to have a good impression of this place, but the Luckyo curry has disappeared from the table. Nevertheless, they have maintained the concept of serving curry that you can eat every day, and today it was bustling with middle-aged and elderly male heavy users. By the way, for those who do not live in Tokyo, it may be hard to believe, but the Keio Inokashira Line, from Shibuya to Kichijoji, still costs only 199 yen from end to end. The Keio group is a friend of the common people.

I only have 15 minutes with my junior, but we both felt hungry so we decided to enter the restaurant. We ordered not only pork cutlet curry but also hamburger and sausage because we felt like it wasn't enough. It was delicious as usual. My junior also ordered a salad, which looked tasty. In the end, we finished our meal in 7 minutes.

Today, I had decided to eat curry ramen at night, but I ended up having katsu curry for lunch, which is something I shouldn't have done. However, it was so delicious that I thought anything goes. The katsu was freshly fried and very good. The fukujinzuke was also quite nice.

I visited the curry chain restaurant "Curry Shop C&C Shibuya" for the first time because I had a stopover in the Shibuya area! There are many eateries in this area, making it a competitive district. I visited on a weekday Monday afternoon around 1 pm and was able to enter smoothly without much of a wait. The restaurant is close to Shibuya Station, so customers were coming in one after another. For my order, I chose the pork cutlet curry. After purchasing a meal ticket, I handed it over at the counter next to me and received my dish. The pork cutlet was crispy as it was freshly fried, but it lacked juiciness. The curry didn't have any outstanding features and left me unimpressed. In summary, the food was served quickly and at a reasonable price, but personally, it wasn't something I would want to come back for. Nevertheless, it's a convenient and reliable option, especially during busy times. Thank you for the meal! I will visit again if I have the chance!

The best curry restaurant in Tokyo in my opinion. However, it is limited to spicy curry. Of course, curry enthusiasts may have different opinions, but it suits my taste perfectly. C&C, operated by Keio Electric Railway Group, is great, but the quiet shop in Shibuya is also noteworthy. I recommend the "small portion spicy fried chicken curry" without a doubt.

When I feel like eating curry in Shibuya, I always go to "C&C". It's quite close to the Inokashira Line station and the reliability of a chain restaurant is comforting. One of the recommended points is that you can change the atmosphere with different toppings depending on your mood that day. This time, I tried adding a hearty pork cutlet on top! It was exactly as I imagined in a good way (lol). The consistent taste that doesn't disappoint is something that makes me happy in daily life. I think it's the type of restaurant that hasn't been heavily affected by the pandemic, so I look forward to continuing to enjoy their food for a long time to come!

It's really reassuring to have a curry shop like this near the station, where you can walk without getting wet in the rain. There are many curry chains, but personally, I really like Curry Shop C&C. It has a Japanese-style curry flavor that feels like home, and it's just delicious and comforting to eat! The variety of toppings is also enjoyable, and it's a convenient option when you're indecisive about where to eat in Shibuya Station.

Located conveniently from Shibuya Station on the Inokashira Line, "Curry Shop c&c Shibuya" is a simple and self-service style restaurant. I always find it handy for a quick meal. The lack of excessive customer service is refreshing, and I enjoy changing up the toppings based on my mood each time I visit. The main reason I keep coming back is the curry sauce - it's just to my liking. Not too spicy or exotic, it's the quintessential Japanese curry that I can eat without feeling overwhelmed. Looking forward to continuing this long-standing relationship with the restaurant!

Croquette Curry (540 yen) The variety of curry has expanded dramatically. Spice curry originating from Osaka has arrived in Tokyo, and curry has become so diverse that it can no longer be categorized simply under the word "curry." With various types of curry and trendy curry dishes, it can be confusing to determine what exactly constitutes curry. When you find yourself wondering, "What is curry, anyway?" one place to go back to is C&C. While it may not have a particularly unique character, C&C offers a taste that can be considered the origin of Japanese curry. I visited C&C after a long time and tried the Croquette Curry. Pouring sauce over the croquette and sprinkling it with fukujinzuke, I savored the dish. That's right, this is what curry is all about. It's a true return to the basics.

Chain restaurant near the station. I used a coupon for fried chicken with croquette curry (540 yen). The curry contains small pieces of meat. There are no visible vegetables. You can choose from medium, spicy, or mild for free. There are various toppings available for an additional charge. It's a curry that matches its price and is friendly to your wallet. Thank you for the meal.
