I visited the restaurant when the stay-at-home request was at its peak. Guided by a local resident of Kagurazaka, we were led to a private room. Despite being just two people, the room could accommodate six or more. I apologize, but I am not familiar with the names of the dishes, so I would appreciate it if you could understand by looking at the photos. The appetizers included chilled chawanmushi topped with sea urchin. The pork dish was also served cold. The octopus, tomato, and daikon salad with plum dressing was refreshing. We opted for a drink-all-you-can course, but being fans of sake, we ended up ordering additional sake not included in the course. Perhaps due to the hot weather, there were fewer hot dishes requiring cooking, and many of the dishes were served cold. It seemed like they were giving the chefs a break due to the lack of customers. In fact, it appeared that we were the only customers in the restaurant at that time. It's a bit lonely, but the atmosphere was nice, the food was delicious, and the service was good. I hope more customers return to Kagurazaka soon. We will definitely come back.

I visited Hanakagura bento for the second time because I loved it so much last time. I made a reservation by phone this time because on the day I visited, only course meals were available for reservation on Tabelog. I ordered the beef fillet steak cooked medium rare. The tempura included shrimp and the portion size was small, but it was just right for me... However, I still think the Hanakagura bento is the best deal. It comes with a variety of side dishes, salmon rice, coffee, dessert, and a glass of wine, so it's quite a busy meal. The sashimi, grilled fish, firefly squid, yuba... all perfect for sake! The restaurant has private rooms and partitions, so you can feel at ease no matter where you sit. Even though it's full of adult men and women, it's incredibly calming. The dim lighting creates a Kagurazaka-like atmosphere, and the reasonable prices make it a convenient place to enjoy. Remember to take off your shoes at the entrance, so avoid wearing complicated shoes.

I couldn't make a reservation in advance, but I was able to get in on the day of, and I'm glad I did. I had a wonderful bento box with a drink and dessert included, which I thought was a great deal. My companions were also very pleased. It was a bit disappointing that we were told there was another reservation after us, so we could only stay for an hour.

This is a Japanese lunch at Kagurazaka. I ordered a lunch similar to a Matsukado bento. The price was reasonable with two drinks included, which felt like a good deal. It's recommended for a leisurely lunch with friends. For a date, a menu with a different variety may be better due to its larger portion. Thank you for the meal!

Visited on a regular Tuesday with about 15 people. The private room is for up to 10 people, but connecting the adjacent private room felt a bit awkward, but it was still considered a private room. We opted for the 5500 yen course with all-you-can-drink starting from 7 pm. Even though our group was small, the staff kindly extended our time by about 30 minutes, which we appreciated. The serving style of having each dish brought to us individually, despite being affordable, was quite nice. The drink all-you-can was for 1.5 hours, but we were able to stay for 2.5 hours. The staff's service was excellent and we were thankful for that. The quality of the food may not be top-notch due to the low price, but it was enough for the male members in our group. The fact that the all-you-can-drink included sake was good, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no draft beer, only bottled beer (Asahi Super Dry) on a hot day. Despite that, overall, it is a recommended restaurant in Kagurazaka with a good atmosphere, food, drinks, service, and cost performance.

We used a set of course meals and all-you-can-drink for 4 people. While waiting for the drinks to be served, we snacked on fried senbei. Along with the drinks, we were served three appetizers, followed by various dishes at a good pace. The food was not amazingly delicious, but overall, it was satisfying for dining out. The staff managed to keep up with our fast-paced drinking, and the dishes were a mix of Japanese and Western styles, providing an enjoyable experience. The room had a view of the outside, creating a cozy atmosphere despite its small size. Smoking was allowed outside with ashtrays provided.

It was a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. We were seated on the second floor, where the ceiling was very low and I almost bumped my head (lol). We went around lunchtime and had to wait in line, but we could enjoy delicious and healthy set meals at a very reasonable price. I think it's a great place for a casual lunch date! ✨️

This place is wonderful. The entrance is located in a quiet alley off the slope of Kagurazaka. The interior is spacious and dimly lit, perfect for regaining composure during lunch or having a calm discussion. It stands out as a delicious and affordable Japanese cuisine restaurant. The healthy options and mixed grain rice are also delightful. The strawberry agar dessert is also fantastic.

In late January, after work, I visited a restaurant with my colleagues. This restaurant is a 6-minute walk from JR Chuo Line Iidabashi Station West Exit. We had pre-ordered the "Winter Delight Crab Fortune Course" with all-you-can-drink for 8,650 yen per person. The dishes included shrimp crackers, kombu with sea urchin roe, blowfish tataki and blowfish skin, grilled king crab, blowfish hot pot with tiger blowfish, king crab tempura, blowfish milt with ponzu sauce, crab miso grilled rice ball tea pickles, and dessert. Honestly, considering the price, the quality of the food was lacking. I think they should use high-quality ingredients, even if they are not blowfish or crab.

This is a charming restaurant in Kagurazaka. I visited for lunch and the food was delicious. The atmosphere inside is a bit dim but cozy. The second floor has a low ceiling, so be careful not to bump your head. They offer a good selection of typical drinks. I was happy that the lunch beer was only 340 yen. ✨

I had a late night meal at Chris Eve, which included midnight, and it was successfully completed. I thought it might be an unpopular restaurant, but to my surprise, I enjoyed a luxurious Japanese meal and had a fulfilling time. I was excited to find my favorite sake on the menu. The restaurant was quite busy, but the seating was spacious and we were able to enjoy our meal in a calm atmosphere. The woman I was with also enjoyed the experience.

A charming building with a harmonious atmosphere. The interior is beautiful. We used a private room for 6 people. The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around. We had the "Special Kagura Dinner with Filet Steak" which included 9 dishes. It started with a pre-dinner drink and shrimp crackers. Although there were many dishes, each one was elegantly sized, so it was just the right amount. The sashimi was surprisingly small. The filet steak was tender and delicious even though it had cooled down. The finale of grilled rice ball tea porridge is something that everyone would enjoy. It seemed like there were a lot of group customers due to the year-end party season, which made the staff seem a bit overwhelmed and distant, but overall, it's a place where you can enjoy kaiseki cuisine without any fuss.

The 2000 yen lunch looked vibrant and used a lot of ingredients, which I appreciate more as I get older. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, with many private rooms available, making it suitable for large gatherings or parties. Although it was a lunch time, there seemed to be a group of housewives chatting loudly. However, the taste was average, neither good nor bad. The staff were all friendly, which was a plus.

The restaurant has a nice traditional Japanese appearance and a pleasant atmosphere inside. The seating includes many private rooms, making it a good place to relax and enjoy a drink. The food is casual and not too fancy, more like a slightly upscale izakaya. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is nice, making it a good choice for a casual business dinner. The relaxed attitude of the staff is also charming. Overall, it was a good experience.

I made a lunch reservation on Tabelog today for 1550 yen. The fish lunch included shrimp and vegetable tempura, sashimi, and roast beef, and it was very delicious. The miso soup had a rich flavor as well. We were guided to a private room for three people, which was comfortable with a sunken kotatsu style seating.

I was led to a very quaint and serene private room. The lunch course was extremely slow, to the point where I had to go find a staff member because my next job was starting. The udon and dessert served towards the end were disappointing. The flavors were bland and tasted worse than convenience store food. Overall, I won't be returning.

Today, we came here for a dinner party. There were four of us, and we were provided with a spacious private room. The food was all delicious, but there wasn't anything particularly outstanding. It's a course menu, so I guess that's to be expected. The portion sizes were satisfying for adult men. Overall, I think it's a good value for the price. I would like to come back for another dinner party. The total cost for four people was 21,000 yen.

I decided on lunch from the menu board outside. Upon entering, I took off my shoes and was shown to a private room at the end of a long hallway. The atmosphere and the variety of dishes in the set meal made me happy. It's wonderful to have a private room in Kagurazaka at this price. When I calm down, it feels like a supermarket bento box neatly arranged.

A friend recommended this place to me, so I visited for the first time! I had been feeling a bit unwell lately, so the staff kindly suggested the "Healthy Lunch" for me. I ordered it and it turned out to be a tofu hamburger and seaweed salad, which felt really healthy! My stomach is feeling better now, so I'm curious about trying other menu items next time I visit. ♡

I arrived around 11:25! There was already a bit of a line, but the shop is bigger than I thought so I was able to get in! I ordered the Hanagakura bento box that I was looking forward to. It came with a pre-meal drink of red wine, and coffee after the meal! I was able to taste many different flavors, and the rice had salmon on top, which I finished in no time! I definitely want to go again.

After the lifting of the state of emergency, I met up with a friend for lunch for the first time in a long time. We decided to wear a kimono and have some delicious Japanese food, so we chose this restaurant in Kagurazaka. We ordered the Autumn Taste Hospitality Set for 3,200 yen. The first set included a selection of elegant small dishes and sashimi. The presentation and taste were perfect, with a great seasonal feel and colorful appearance. The bite-sized cream croquette was delicious! The second set included fillet steak, chicken meatballs, and tempura. The meat was tender and went well with wine. The tempura was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The final set included rice balls with broth and simmered burdock root. Every dish was gentle in flavor, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very charming. The restaurant had various private rooms, making it a great place to enjoy a leisurely meal with family or friends. I would definitely want to visit again when I'm in Kagurazaka.
