I visited this bakery in Shibuya while I was in the area for some errands. I noticed it near the entrance as I was about to leave, and realized it was Bricolage Bakery! I decided to buy some bread to take home. I chose one from the freshly baked selection and another Shibuya-exclusive item. The Farmer's Bread Half for 360 yen caught my eye with its rustic appearance. The crust was slightly hard but the inside was soft, moist, and had a great flavor. I really enjoyed it and would definitely buy it again. I also got the Bean Bread for 180 yen, which was a Shibuya exclusive and came with a helpful recommendation. It was a perfect size and price for a quick breakfast or snack. The chunky black beans mixed in with the flavorful and chewy bread made it delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied with both breads and would love to visit again to try more of their offerings next time I'm in Shibuya.

Plain bagel. 280 yen. It seems to use brown sugar, with a brown sugar-like flavor and color. It's not the hard type of authentic New York bagel, but rather a soft and fluffy type. I took a little bite as is. I'm looking forward to trying it toasted, as it will likely have a different texture and taste. The staff's customer service was good, so I want to visit this shop again.

The ground is under construction, but bricolage bread & co. at Tokyu underground "Shibuchika". I stopped by because Roppongi's famous store has opened in Shibuya. The display is stylish and all the bread looks delicious, making me excited. This time, I focused on meal-type bread. Limited edition Pan de Premium 540 yen, Croissant 620 yen, Mackerel Sandwich 620 yen, Iburi Gakko Baton 320 yen. We plan to make a giant sandwich with Pan de Premium for the family. I had the mackerel sandwich for dinner, and the mackerel was very voluminous and the pickled radish inside was delicious. The price is also reasonable. Iburi Gakko Baton is just as it is, but the bread with a chewy texture and the Iburi Gakko have a good texture, so this could be a great snack with alcohol... So I sipped on red wine. A great shop where you can easily stop by when changing trains! I'm curious about the bagels too, so I'll come back again.

As I was walking from Omotesando, I saw a sign saying it was 1.2km to Shibuya. I passed in front of Aoyama Gakuin and walked all the way to Shibuya Station under the scorching sun at 2:30 PM on a summer afternoon. I couldn't resist the heat, so I ended up wandering around inside Bricolage Bread & Co. in Shibuya. I had been curious about this place for a while. They had items like mentaiko French bread for 280 yen and bean bread for 180 yen. It didn't seem as trendy as Roppongi, and they had a limited selection of reasonably priced items. It seems like their main products are baguettes and focaccia, which were originally from Le Ferbersons. The bread was a bit big, making it difficult to take home, so I ended up getting some smaller items instead.

[Rhubarb Tart, ¥600] This is a limited-time item. What a striking red color! Under the bright red rhubarb sauce is not custard cream, but sour cream. The rhubarb sauce has a vivid sourness and sweetness. The tart crust has a texture and flavor more similar to bread than dessert. The layer of sour cream under the rhubarb sauce lacks presence and could benefit from more acidity.

When looking for souvenirs, it's always fun to walk around Tokyu Food Show. My top recommendation there is Shibuchika Bakery, where you can't go wrong with their unique and delicious bread. The staff is friendly and helpful, always suggesting the perfect bread for your taste. Some of my favorites include: - Focaccia with olive oil and potatoes (1/2) for 430 yen: A moist and juicy focaccia with the familiar Inca no Mezame mixed in. - Exotic bread for 520 yen: A bread with a hint of exotic flavors like pineapple, lemon, star anise, and pepper, all wrapped in a hard dough for an ethnic touch. - Farmer's bread (1/2) for 360 yen: A fluffy and chewy bread with a simple wheat aroma, delicious as is or toasted. - Lemon Croquant for 480 yen: A unique croissant with lemon, white chocolate, and cardamom mixed in for a distinctive flavor. I also tried their egg sandwich from the deli bread section, and it had a surprising crunch from "shiba-zuke" (pickled vegetables), adding an interesting twist to the sandwich.

Bricolage Bread has opened in Shibuya without me even realizing it. They have a special bean bread (180 yen) only available at the Shibuya store! The bread is fluffy and chewy, which I love. Inside, there are sweet black beans that are delicious. They also have a new item called Exotic (520 yen) with plenty of pineapple, giving you a taste of the tropics. Perfect for summer! The bread has a crunchy texture with macadamia nuts for added crunchiness.

I was drawn to other delicious-looking breads and couldn't resist buying the egg sandwich. It was tasty, but I still prefer the mackerel sandwich. The sign at the store said that the bread would arrive around 12:30, but it wasn't there at that time, so I bought the farmer's bread instead. The farmer's bread was delicious as always! ✨

Around noon on June 18, 2023, on a sunny Sunday, I was happy to find a shop inside Tokyu Food Show that is directly connected underground from the station. I had a lingering regret from when I bought bread at a shop in Roppongi and couldn't buy refrigerated products, so I visited this place. I tried the Shibuya-exclusive mackerel sandwich croissant and both were delicious. I was worried that the mackerel sandwich might have a fishy smell, but the processing and balance of ingredients were good, and I could enjoy it without any fishy smell. The classic buttery and rich croissant was so flavorful that even though I usually get full after eating one, I felt like I could have two of these because the flavor wasn't too rich. Delicious. The fact that you can buy this tasty food without waiting in line at a convenient location is highly commendable! ✨

A popular bakery with a cafe in Roppongi opened a branch at Shibuya Tokyu Food Show called Shibuchika. You can easily purchase their popular bread such as the mousse and croissants while in Shibuya. Although the price is slightly higher due to the size of the bread. I usually enjoy Danish pastries and tartines, but this time I decided to try the Farmer's Bread that I've always been curious about. - Farmer's Bread 1/2 360 yen Despite its appearance, it has a fluffy and soft texture with a gentle wheat aroma. You can enjoy it as it is or toasted. As described, the crust is not hard at all and the knife cuts through smoothly. The crumb is moist and fluffy. As you chew, you'll feel incredibly happy with the taste of wheat grown in Chiba Prefecture and the sweetness of raw sugar. It contains grape seed oil, but it is likely in a very small amount. There is almost no oily feeling. It is very delicious and highly recommended!

In Shibuya, you can enjoy popular Roppongi bread at the Shibuya Tokyu Food Show, where there are plenty of bakeries to choose from! Popular shops from Tokyo are gathered here, so be sure to check it out! *What I Ate* Croissant ¥380 Walnut An Butter ¥380 Located in the deli section of the store. You order from the showcase, and the staff will assist you. The Roppongi store is one of the top 100 GURUNAVI restaurants! The Shibuya store is directly accessible from the subway, making it perfect for the current hot weather! I haven't been to the Roppongi store, but I imagine the selection there is more curated? *Croissant* Made with whole wheat flour, rich in flavor! The butter flavor was milder than expected. The store also sells jams and butter, which would complement the croissant well! It's a croissant that can be enjoyed as a meal or a dessert. *Walnut An Butter* The abundance of walnuts is surprising! The crunchy walnuts inside the sweet bean paste are deliciously fragrant. The firm baguette provides a satisfying chew. The wheat flavor when you bite into it was amazing! Shibuya Tokyu Food Show connects Shibuya Mark City to Tokyo Metro, so you can reach Daiso without getting wet in the rain or exposed to sunlight. With a variety of shops offering deli items, sweets, and souvenirs, I always find myself stopping by. It's always nice to have a bakery where you can easily pick up something on the way home. Instagram: @bricolage_shibuya_hachikou Business Hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM Closed on days following Shibuya Tokyu Food Show schedule. The croissant, known as the most popular item in this shop, was really delicious! The croque monsieur was good too, but the lemon-shaped bread like Mt. Fuji was incredibly tasty! And above all, this bread was light yet moist and delicious! Overall, it has a high rating. Ossu ossu!

There is a delicious bakery located underground in Shibuya. It has a variety of bread similar to a department store basement bakery. Although there are other bakeries in the area, this one is my favorite. The prices are a bit high, but all the bread is delicious and elaborately made, making it hard to choose. I end up buying something every time. Thank you for the delicious treats.

This is a bakery located in the Tokyu underground shopping area called "Shibuchika". They have a main store in Roppongi, and I decided to stop by after having delicious bread there before. I bought the following items: Croissant (380 yen), Walnut An Butter (380 yen), Cool Chocolate (360 yen), Mentaiko France (280 yen), and Croque Monsieur (500 yen). The croissant had a rich aroma of fermented butter and a crispy, flaky texture that was excellent. The Croque Monsieur is a very popular item, and the creamy Bechamel sauce was delicious. The Mentaiko France is a limited item only available at the Shibuya store. It is made with domestically produced whole wheat flour and had a crispy exterior and a chewy texture inside. It had a flavor that paired well with alcohol. (May 2023) The current Tabelog score is 3.61.

I was slightly captivated by the bread at "bricolage bread & co." in Tokyu Food Show. The "Iburigakko and Emmental Cheese" bread is filled with the savory taste of wheat in the bricolage bread dough, combined with Iburigakko, Emmental cheese, and cashew nuts for a luxurious flavor. The baked bread has a slightly firm texture, and with each bite, a deep and rich taste spreads. It somehow tasted like bonito dashi, but upon checking, it seems it's not included. Perhaps it's the flavor of Iburigakko? It was very delicious. The "Bean Bread" is also recommended. The bread has a moderate sweetness and a fluffy texture that is very pleasant. After eating one, I felt satisfied with its gentle flavor. The "Moo Olive" bread has plenty of black and green olives kneaded in, offering a rich flavor to enjoy. It's a must-try for olive lovers. There were also other tempting options like the chocolate tart. I will definitely go back to buy more.

[Nearest Station] 1 minute walk from Shibuya Station [Budget] 800 yen to 1,500 yen [Payment Methods] Cash, credit card, electronic money, QR code [Comment] While walking through Shibuya Station underground, I was attracted by a nice smell and ended up at [bricolage bread & co.]. The bread displayed in the showcase all looked unique and unfamiliar to me! Especially eye-catching was the Farmer's Bread! It was so voluminous, and I really wanted to try it, but unfortunately, it was only available in whole size due to being freshly baked... I hesitated as it seemed a bit too much for one person to eat. Next time, I definitely want to try it freshly baked. This time, I only bought two items, but both were very delicious. Next time, I want to buy the Farmer's Bread and other bread too! Thank you for the meal.

I often visit bakeries in Tokyo, but I hadn't been to this one before. When I was feeling a bit hungry, I decided to stop by. - Walnut paste butter 380 yen: Other places also have red bean butter, but this one has walnuts in it, which adds a nice texture. The combination with the red bean is great, and it was really delicious. - Banana bread 380 yen: It has coconut or something crunchy in it. I was surprised because I was expecting a sweet, childish flavor. It has a more mature taste, and it's delicious! - Rusk 480 yen: Bought it for a friend. I didn't take a photo because I was in a hurry and didn't capture the product lineup either. I want to go back and shop leisurely next time. There must be more delicious items to try. I also want to visit the Roppongi store.

I have purchased from this place several times before, but this is my first time leaving a review. It is a shop that collaborates with famous chefs from well-known restaurants. They offer a variety of breads including sandwich bread, pastries, side dishes, jams, and more. When they first opened, they had a unique round grape bread made with a barmicula, which I really liked! Although the grape bread is no longer available, their croissants and emmental cheese bread are also delicious.

I was drawn in by the delicious-looking bread and decided to visit. I purchased a croissant for 380 yen, a chocolate cool for 360 yen, a Crimean butter for 380 yen, and a baguette for 480 yen, totaling 1620 yen (including the bag). The baguette had a strong bread flavor and was perfect as a staple food. The croissant is the most popular item. It was crispy on the outside and filled with plenty of butter flavor on the inside. The chocolate cool had a strong orange peel flavor at first, followed by the rich sweetness of the chocolate chips. This was a nice accent. Why not try buying one for a snack or treat?

I went to a cafe that I found by searching in Roppongi~♪ It was a beautiful season with cherry blossoms and a clear blue sky, so I chose a terrace seat for lunch♪ It was a bit chilly due to the weather, but the view was so nice that sitting outside was the right choice! If you go on a sunny day for lunch, I recommend sitting on the terrace and relaxing⭐️ The rum-infused cafe latte was unique and made me feel like I was on holiday☕️ You can use the toaster inside the store for self-service heating of bread! The sandwiches seem to be popular, but the croissants are also a hit, so I chose a croissant! It was definitely the right choice when I heated it up and ate it◎ Butter lovers will adore it♪ I recommend going with your partner, friends, or family and enjoying a relaxing time there! For those with dogs, taking a break on the terrace seat together with them also seems like a good idea!

It's a repeat, so please skip. I bought two items at a bakery in Shibuya Tokyu Food Show. The hard bread "Fruit" (520 yen) which is the number one popular item, and the last bag of rusk (140g 480 yen). Fruit is packed with walnuts and dried fruits, but I didn't feel it was as delicious as I expected. Maybe I wasn't feeling well, so it might not be that bad. It's my favorite bread, so I want to try it again. The rusk had two different types inside when I took it out of the bag. It's thin and crispy. I was lucky to get the last bag.
