Our store offers face-to-face sales across the counter, with only one group of customers allowed in at a time. This setup works well in the current situation. The glass case is filled with a variety of bread, although many were already sold out by noon. The kitchen continues to supply fresh bread, creating a lively atmosphere in the store. According to the owner, the bread on top of the case is freshly baked. We mainly purchased those. The Olive Loaf, a rustic bread mixed with black olives, stood out with its rich flavor. The wheat taste is prominent, complemented by the richness of the olives. Despite being a hard bread, the crumb is moist, possibly due to the effect of being freshly baked. The Edamame Bread, made from the same dough as the Olive Bread, also had a strong flavor of beans. The crispy crust with its toasted aroma was delightful. As you chew, you can taste the natural sweetness of the wheat. Once you get used to these flavors, it might be hard to go back to convenience store bread. The Pain O' Epi, shaped like a wheat ear, had a simple yet intense wheat flavor. It's not too hard to eat, making it one of the top items in the store. The Melon Bread had a bread flavor that could rival the sweetness of the cookie dough. It's clear that the bread itself is a powerful ingredient. It reminds me of the noodles from Musashino Udon or Makotoya. It's such a luxury to enjoy freshly baked bread from a high-quality, handmade store like this. While soba has three stages, bread... is it just freshly baked?

It's about a 1-minute walk from Idogi Station South Exit. I had been curious about this place for a while, so I decided to check it out. The shop is quite small, so they let customers enter one by one. If you're in a group of two, you can enter together. They have around 30 types of bread, including deli bread, sandwich bread, anpan, croissants, and more. This time, I ordered the following: "Raisin & Cream Cheese Roll" (243 yen) and "Smoked Chicken Focaccia" (297 yen). I reheated them at home. The "Raisin & Cream Cheese Roll" had a nice balance of the tanginess of the cream cheese and the sweet and sourness of the raisins, making it delicious. The "Smoked Chicken Focaccia" had a flavorful combination of the smokiness of the chicken, the impact of black pepper, and the aroma of herbs. It was quite light in flavor. It's great that they have a wide variety of bread. This time I tried deli bread, so next time I want to try anpan, cream bread, chocolate bread, and more. I will definitely go back. Thank you for the meal!

A small shop right near Idogi Station. Customers enter one by one. I went in to buy bread for lunch, and they had a good variety of relatively small-sized breads with a rustic, homemade feel rather than a fancy look. I was a bit indecisive because there were so many options, but I ended up buying a smoked chicken focaccia, a melon bread, and a flower roll for a meal. The roll bread had a good chewy texture, while the melon bread was moist. All the breads I tried were highly rated and enjoyable. I also saw a review mentioning that their cream bread is good, so I'll try that next time. It would be nice if there were more bakeries like this in the local area.

I've been curious about this shop for a while. Even though I live along the Seibu Shinjuku Line, I rarely get off at a different station, so I decided to visit on a weekday when I had a day off. It's a small shop, and only one group can enter at a time, so I waited outside. (I was the second group to wait) It was a warm day, which was nice. The showcase inside the shop displayed cute and delicious-looking bread! After some hesitation, I bought four different kinds and took them home, and they were all very delicious. The photo shows a chestnut croissant and a sweet bean paste bread. The chestnut paste (somewhere between sweet bean paste and cream) in the croissant was unusual, and the sesame seeds on the outside were fragrant and matched perfectly! It was so delicious~ I would like to visit again. → I have visited occasionally since then. It's really, really delicious, my ideal bread! I keep buying the chestnut croissant and chorizo dog repeatedly. While eating, I keep saying "delicious!" repeatedly. It's great that there are no disappointments no matter what you buy ♡

Apple Pie ¥291 A sweet and sour apple and homemade custard cream wrapped in a crispy pie crust. The pie crust is slightly crunchy and moist, giving it a homemade feel. The crust is thin with large chunks of apple inside! The apples are crunchy and the cinnamon gently fragrant. The custard cream has a gentle sweetness.

In front of Idogi Station, there is a bakery. It is a bakery where bread is lined up in a showcase. The store is not very spacious, so one group enters at a time. I visited in the early afternoon. It was my first visit and review. The bread overall gives a small impression. There is a wide range of bread such as sweets, side dishes, and meal bread. I bought four breads. 【Cream Pan】Price including tax 189 yen The most delicious cream pan I have ever had in my life. The cream has a smooth texture and a refreshing sweetness. The balance with the bread is also wonderful, it was a bit surprising! 【Ham Croissant】Price including tax 237 yen The ham flavor is not very strong, but the croissant's crispy texture is still good, so I could eat it up quickly. 【Melon Pan】Price including tax 176 yen It was delicious, but it didn't have the same impact as the cream pan. 【Flower Bread】Price including tax 124 yen A fluffy meal bread. It becomes even fluffier when lightly heated. Overall, I highly recommend the cream pan. Although the overall volume is lacking, I still think it's a bakery worth visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

Second visit. When I went in the morning, I was able to buy freshly baked curry bread (¥216) and potato fries (¥167). The pricing is quite reasonable considering the location near the station in Suginami Ward. I remembered reading in other reviews that the apple pie (¥291) was delicious, so I also purchased that. First, the curry bread was amazingly delicious with just the right amount of spices. The potato fries had a chewy texture and were delicious too! The apple pie, when warmed up a bit, was truly worth more than its price. The chunks of apple inside were big and sweet. I'm happy to have a bakery of this quality in the neighborhood.

I bought some bread at "BREAD BOARD" in Iogi. This bakery is located just across the Koshu Highway from the south exit of the Seibu Line station. I purchased a hot dog for 275 yen, a potato gratin bread for 167 yen, and a red bean bun for 167 yen. The hot dog has a long, thin sausage with pickles inside. I like pickles, but having four slices might be too much for those who don't. The potato gratin bread has a chewy French bread-like texture with potato gratin inside. The potatoes still have their shape, providing a nice crunch. The red bean bun uses chunky red bean paste and is similar to the ones from "Kimuraya." It's not too sweet and easy to eat.

Located right near Idogi Station, this bakery seemed to have good ratings on Tabelog, so I decided to visit when I was nearby. They only offer takeout. The bread is displayed in a showcase and sold face-to-face. The prices for bread range from ¥150 to ¥200. It feels a bit expensive for a casual bakery like this, but I guess with all the price increases happening lately, it's unavoidable. I was looking for some snack bread, so I focused on sweet bread. I chose: *Melon Pan for ¥176 *Cinnamon Sugar Pastry for ¥151 *Cafe Roll for ¥102 The familiar bread items like Melon Pan and Cream Pan are just under ¥200. The Cinnamon Donut at ¥151 is just about acceptable. The simple Cafe Roll is reasonably priced, but overall, the bread is on the smaller side and the dough is light. It seems to be a popular shop, but for me, one visit is probably enough.

Inage Station is right nearby. It's a small and cute shop with a nice atmosphere. There was a friendly lady serving customers by herself, and the service was good. I ordered a cream pan for 189 yen and a half-sized banana and pecan nut bread for 388 yen. The cream pan was of the classic type, with a cream that was not too soft or too hard, and just the right level of sweetness. It was a well-balanced cream pan in every aspect. The banana and pecan nut bread had banana in the dough with pecan nuts and raisins kneaded in, giving it a slightly sweet banana flavor.

I visited this place right in front of Idogi Station. The service was quite relaxed, so the line didn't move very quickly. The store is small but has a sufficient selection. I had a "chouquette" for takeout. The choux pastry is coated with sugar on the surface.

I love bread with figs in it, and my favorite bakery always has delicious fig bread. I was planning to try a different bread this time, but ended up buying the fig bread again. It's filled with plenty of figs and tastes amazing as always. Another bread I like is the berry bread (I forgot the name). It's like a pound cake with various types of berries, and it's quite tangy, which I personally enjoy. However, the small berry seeds can be a bit bothersome in the mouth. Also, the dough is quite sweet. I still have other breads I want to try, so I'll be back to try them next time.ฅ( ͒ᵕ̳◡ᵕ̳ ͒)。o○

There is a small bakery just a short walk to the right after exiting the south exit of Iogi Station. They have a variety of breads to choose from in the showcase, which is convenient in these times. The shop is run by a classy lady who provides good service. There is a sign saying "It may be better for one person at a time in the store" in a modest manner. I always buy the fig bread (1/4 cut ¥229). It has figs kneaded into the dough with chunks of fruit inside, and it's delicious. I like to toast it before eating. Many small shops only accept cash, but this one now accepts electronic money, which is convenient!

Seibu Shinjuku Line, right from Iogi Station. It's a small bakery. The bread is displayed in the showcase, and the bread on top of the showcase is also covered with plastic sheets, so the measures are perfect. What I bought on this day: 1. Croissant 205 yen 2. Lemon croissant 216 yen 3. Baguette 253 yen 4. Brioche bread 302 yen. The shapes are very cute. "Croissants are fragile, so be careful when taking them home," said the female clerk. I feel her kindness. The butter flavor is rich and it was crispy until the next day. The lemon croissant also had a refreshing finish without too much lemon acidity. The baguette had a fine crumb texture. It's a bakery that shows its skills.

On Tuesday at 4:00 PM, there were still some breads available at a nearby shop that I didn't know about. The bread was quite tasty. I tried the peanut bread and the blueberry bread, and the blueberry bread had a nice balance of sweetness that was easy on the body. The bread was made with care. I will definitely go back to buy more.

My rating scale is 4.0. Located near the south exit of Asagaya Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line (towards Hon-Kawagoe platform), just after passing through the Inogashira Bridge on the Koshu Highway (with a tunnel below), you will find this bakery near the entrance of the "Ponte i Oggi" shopping street. It opened around 2004 and is owned by Tsuno, who used to work for a Japanese bread manufacturing company. According to the information on Tabelog, photography inside the store is prohibited. I counted about 30 types of bread in the showcase and around 15 types of baguettes and other bread on top of the showcase. This bakery is one of the few individual shops that accept electronic money (Suica, Pasmo, etc.). [PURCHASE] - Avocado & Anchovy Focaccia 253 yen: Focaccia with avocado, anchovy, and mayonnaise on top. - Berry Bread 275 yen: A cake-like bread with cassis and blueberries, topped with powdered sugar. - Chocolate Cream Bread 220 yen: Almond cream mixed into the dough, topped with chocolate and custard cream inside. Although the store is small, there is a wide variety of bread displayed in the showcase, making it an enjoyable bakery to browse through.

On a normal evening, I visited a bakery in front of Iogi Station that I had been curious about for a while. The exterior and interior of the shop were very cute and stylish. It seemed to be run by an elderly woman, and there were many delicious-looking breads. I purchased the following items: - Melon Pan for 162 yen - Peanut Bread for 172 yen - Dutch Bread for 108 yen - Traditional Nut Baguette Plain for 172 yen My favorite was the Peanut Bread! It is a staple of American lunches, filled with peanut butter and strawberry jam. It was not too sweet and very delicious. The Traditional Nut Baguette Plain is a hard bread with a sour taste. It goes well with cheese, and it is very tasty when eaten with wine. I would like to try different breads next time. Thank you for the meal^_^

Visited for the first time in May 2019, located about a 1-minute walk from Seibu Shinjuku Line Igusa Station, this bakery was recommended to me by someone else's review. I had marked it and decided to stop by on my way back from a nearby ramen shop. Arrived at the store exactly at 12 pm on a weekend. The exterior looked new and modern. Inside, there was a long showcase and the kitchen at the back. The staff, who I assume were the owner and his partner, were relatively older, which was a bit surprising given the modern atmosphere of the place. I ordered a croissant (205 yen), a white peach pastry (232 yen), a half baguette (172 yen), and focaccia (253 yen), totaling over 800 yen. In my opinion, the prices were quite reasonable. The croissant was standard, not too buttery, with a nice crispiness. The white peach pastry had a moist tart base, but I wished it had a bit more texture. The recommended half baguette had a good flavor but could have been crispier. Overall, the items were decent, but not exceptional enough to make a special trip for. It's a convenient bakery if you live nearby.

On a Saturday afternoon, I stopped by a small bakery located just a minute's walk from Inogashira Station South Exit for some errands. The shop was small, only enough space for 2-3 people, with a display case full of carefully made bread. I ordered the following items verbally (all prices include tax): - Banana Bread for 259 yen: It tasted similar to a banana muffin but with a crispy outside and moist inside. It also had walnuts mixed in, which surprisingly paired well with the banana. - Custard Pastry for 205 yen: A crispy Danish pastry with a mildly sweet custard cream that complemented each other perfectly. - Bacon Epi for 205 yen: A hard French bread with a good chew paired with bacon, a classic combination.
