I went to an authentic bar I found on Tabelog after finishing my first stop quickly and dissolving. I had trouble finding it even with the map. When I arrived around 7:30 on a weekday, there was only one other customer. I told the bartender that I like Laphroaig 10-year and asked for a recommendation. He suggested Port Charlotte Scottish Barley 10-year, which I enjoyed as a half rocks. It was smoky and delicious. For the second drink, I noticed fruits at the counter, so I requested a short cocktail with Shine Muscat. It was also delicious and fresh. Finally, I had a Jack Daniel's on the rocks, which I used to drink a lot in the past, and the total bill was ¥6,000. It was quiet with a great atmosphere, and the bartender was friendly. I had a great time and would like to visit again. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Rating: 3.74/5 from 82 people.

Bar P.M.9 is a popular hidden gem bar located a 5- to 7-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. Situated just off a narrow alleyway a little ways from the west exit of Shinbashi Station, it was selected as one of the top 100 bars in 2022. The interior exudes an authentic yet somewhat Kyoto-esque Japanese atmosphere, creating a calming ambiance. The thoughtful cushioning placed near the edges of tables adds to the feeling of hospitality. I tried their Brandy Sour this time, made with the well-known Hennessy brandy from the Cognac region of western France, mixed with lemon and carbonated water. It's a cocktail that allows you to savor the taste of brandy directly, yet the addition of carbonation helps to mellow out the strength of the alcohol, making it a refreshing and easy-to-drink choice. The master behind the bar is welcoming and engaging, making it easy to lose track of time in this popular spot. Definitely worth a visit! Bon appétit!

Thank you always for checking✨ If you like it, please try bookmarking the store with the "Save Store" button♪ A restaurant in Shinbashi, Tokyo, selected as one of the top 100 on Tabelog in 2022. After finishing the meal, I searched Tabelog to see if there's any nearby top 100 bars and found one! Upon arrival, it was a beautifully maintained old folk house✨ I was momentarily confused if it was really a bar, but the name matched. I entered, and luckily there were two seats available. I ordered a Cosmopolitan for myself. My friend, who doesn't drink alcohol, had muscat juice. It was made right in front of us with fresh fruits, which was nice♪ The Cosmopolitan was also delicious♪ It was a good bar with an atmosphere that makes you forget the time, located in such a place in Shinbashi (*'▽'*) It was a great place✨ The bill for two people was 5,000 yen_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/ Thank you very much for reading to the end✨ If you leave a comment, I will reply♪ I hope this information on gourmet experiences is even a little helpful for everyone. ▽ I also update Instagram. Visited with a male friend after 20:30. Despite the hustle and bustle of Shinbashi, the atmosphere was unexpectedly calm. We ordered fruit cocktails placed on the table: he had persimmon, while I chose cherry. They were sparkling, not overly sweet, with a juicy fruit flavor. For another round, we tried the recommended "Bulleit Bourbon" on the rocks. Despite its high rye content, it was pleasantly aromatic without being overpowering. They were generous with the pour. The total, including cover charge, came to ¥4,000 per person for both of us. We left satisfied.

In a hidden alley, there's a bar with a subtle Japanese exterior and a calming interior with Japanese-style decor. Visiting during off-peak hours, we had the place to ourselves. I sat at the center of the counter and enjoyed a short but delightful time before dinner. For my first drink, I requested a gin-based cocktail with apple, which was refreshing with a hint of sweetness. The second drink was a classic martini, perfect as an aperitif. It's a cozy bar with a great atmosphere.

After shopping in Ginza with my partner, we had a meal at a local chicken restaurant, followed by a visit to P.M9. I occasionally visit this place and love it for its delicious cocktails and the soothing ambiance with classic music. It was the first time I brought my partner here, and they were delighted with the atmosphere. This time, we tried cocktails made with loquat and Dekopon. Both cocktails maintained the fruitiness and freshness without masking the unique taste of the gin. They were delicious. We had a great time listening to Bach's Unaccompanied Cello Suites, which made the moment even more enjoyable and enriched our hearts. The cost was around 5000 yen.

After emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic, Shinbashi returned to its usual chaotic atmosphere, reminiscent of the typical salaryman chaos. Avoiding large gatherings and noisy meals, we decided to find a more tranquil place for the second round. Near Urasenke Shrine, we discovered "Bar P.M.9" (2022 Top 100), with an exterior resembling a traditional izakaya (perhaps its previous incarnation). Inside, the authentic atmosphere persisted, and upon inquiring with the master, we learned he had been a bartender at the renowned Ginza establishment, Erika. The ambiance, with around 8 seats at the counter and private rooms on the second floor, was undoubtedly authentic. The master, formerly from Erika, explained the no-smoking policy and the restriction on large groups unless it's a private reservation. You can freely order your favorite drinks, and there are also fruits available for consultation with the master. Needless to say, the cocktails were delicious. A bar is a place to savor alcohol, not just a spot to drink. Those looking to be consumed by alcohol should head to an izakaya. Thanks for the wonderful experience. We'll be back.

After finishing work in Shinbashi, I wasn't quite ready to head home yet. I wanted to cherish that feeling, so I decided to wander around the city. I stumbled upon this place, quite different from the bustling joints around Ueno Shrine in Shinbashi. It's a collection of nice, atmospheric spots. And there stood an authentic bar. The L-shaped counter was tended by a delightful master, and the ambient light made for a calming atmosphere. There were about 8 or 9 seats at most. There wasn't a specific menu here. I felt a moment of nervousness, but I ordered what I wanted to drink. If you're unsure about cocktails or drinks, they'll kindly guide you. First, I wanted something refreshing, so a Daiquiri it was! A grown-up version of shaved ice, only available at the bar. As the master expertly shook the shaker, he seemed like a world-class percussionist. After finishing that, I pondered my next choice. I noticed a fruit basket on display, and I picked from there. Just seeing the seasonal fruits made my heart dance. I opted for a blend of loquat, syrup, and soda. It had a refreshing sweetness with a hint of tartness. Lastly, whiskey. Is that your preference? I chose Miyagi-kyo, on the rocks. Drinking this felt like the bittersweet spring wind. I won't forget the smile of the master who saw me off until I turned the corner.

It was around 9 p.m. on a weekday when I visited. This cozy little spot in the backstreets of Shinbashi had a modest sign. The counter seats on the first floor were almost full with two patrons, but I managed to snag a spot thanks to some turnover. Once seated, there was no menu, so I just placed my order. For drinks, I requested whiskey or cocktails. The whiskey selection wasn't anything special, just the usual bar offerings. As for cocktails, I asked for something with milk, but they didn't have any, so they improvised with cream to make something similar. The bartender's adaptability was impressive. The whiskey came in a regular glass with solid, clear ice cubes. I also ordered some chocolate, which turned out to be store-bought. The complimentary snack was tasty rice crackers. In the lively atmosphere of Shinbashi, this quieter spot is perfect for a leisurely drink. While the drink options are standard, the relaxed vibe makes it a great choice for a second or third stop. Prices are reasonable too.

Cocktails and Scotch are crafted with great attention to detail at this place. The Gimlet with Super Dry has a flavorful finish, and the dry touch is achieved using a large shaker. The Carn Mor 7 offers a dry profile with a hint of peat in the finish. Carn Mor 13 surprises with honey and nut notes, maintaining a dry texture, and concludes with a subtle cinnamon touch. The Carn Mor 1998 boasts aromas of honey, nuts, vanilla, and citrus. It has a sharp, dry, slightly sweet pear texture, and the finish is a delightful blend of honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and white chocolate.

I visited "Bar P.M.9" located in Shinbashi, known as a city for salarymen. It's selected as one of the top 100 bars by Tabelog in 2022. The bar opened in October 2010. It's conveniently accessible from Shinbashi Station, served by Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Toei Subway Asakusa Line, and JR Yamanote Line, just a short walk away. It's also within walking distance from Uchisaiwaicho Station on the Toei Subway Mita Line, making it easily accessible. It's nestled in an atmospheric alley off Urasando Street, extending from Iidabashi Station, with an exterior that exudes a sense of Japanese aesthetics. Stepping inside through the lattice door, the interior is a cozy space with a calming wood-tone ambiance incorporating Japanese elements. It has a small counter and sofa seats. The proprietor previously worked at a long-standing bar in Ginza. Today, I tried their cocktails: - Strawberry Cocktail: A refreshing cocktail made with fresh strawberries. - Kumquat Cocktail: A cocktail with a pleasant acidity from citrus fruits. I enjoyed the cocktails in a tranquil atmosphere that was unexpected for Shinbashi. I look forward to revisiting. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I'd like to know what kind of drink you prefer, and I can make a cocktail with fresh fruits for you. The location is in Shimbashi, but the atmosphere is like Ginza. The pricing is also at the level of Ginza, with each drink costing 5,500 yen for two people. For someone like me who isn't too picky about alcohol, it might be a place like "Takane no Hanakosan." It could be cool to take a man you're trying to impress, who you're still in the process of wooing, for a second round.

It's a stylish bar in Shinbashi with a chic and cozy atmosphere, creating an adult space. The main seating is at the counter, where you can enjoy original cocktails crafted by the bartender right in front of you. They also offer a rich selection of wines and spirits. The combination of food and drinks is excellent, making it a luxurious experience to savor. The service from the staff is outstanding, creating a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a fashionable night out.

I arrived at 9:00 PM and luckily snagged the last available seat. The ambiance was enhanced with fresh fruit decorations. I ordered a Fruit Martini from the bartender, my first ever fruity Martini, haha. It was made with blended strawberries, gin, and balanced perfectly for a refreshing taste. While they didn't have an extensive whiskey selection, their cocktails were undeniably delicious. Highly recommended!

I dropped by before dinner on a whim. It was lucky because I had tried a few times before and couldn't get in. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with an L-shaped counter with 8 seats. Since there were mainly whiskey bottles on the shelves, I decided to have some whiskey. The master's relaxed conversation made it very comfortable.

Near Ueno Shrine in Shinbashi, there is a bar with a traditional Japanese-style facade tucked away in a narrow alley, exuding a hint of Kyoto's atmosphere. The interior consists of a counter with around 7 to 8 seats on the first floor, and upstairs, there are about 4 to 5 private rooms. During quieter hours, they may only operate on the first floor. A highlight at the center of the counter is a platter of assorted fruits, offering various options for cocktails that highlight the acidity of the fruits rather than their sweetness, with citrus-based cocktails being a personal recommendation. Additionally, they offer a wide selection of standard cocktails and whiskies. They open from 5:00 PM onwards, and the master maintains just the right distance with customers, making it comfortable for solo patrons. With its user-friendly setup, it's suitable for those looking to enjoy a drink alone before moving on to other plans.

A bar with a townhouse-like exterior, nestled in a cozy alley near Shimbashi Station's Uchimuro exit. It attracts solo patrons, and the interior exudes a calm atmosphere, akin to a resting place in Shimbashi. The clientele tends to be older due to the location. It's a smoke-free environment, making it suitable for non-smokers. There's no menu; instead, the master, with a calm yet friendly demeanor, is known for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Many customers become regulars, drawn in by his personality and the comfort of the place. Besides the standard cocktails, the bar boasts an unusually diverse selection of seasonal fruit cocktails, including rare fruits like Akanatsu. It's the kind of place you'd want to revisit with every change of season. Counter seating is limited to three people, and there's one semi-private room on the second floor. It's recommended to visit during the quiet early hours.

I went to Shinbashi for the first time in a while. I had some time before my meal reservation, and it was an awkward time when bars weren't quite open yet. I searched and found a bar that opens at 4:30 p.m.! I decided to go there immediately. The bar, with only a few seats at the counter, was full when I entered. It had an elegant atmosphere with classical music playing. I could forget about the hustle and bustle of Shinbashi and immerse myself in cocktails. According to other reviews, the bartender used to work at the legendary "Erika" in Ginza. It's a great bar.

I visited the place near Shinbashi Uomori Shrine. Classical piano music plays inside. The bar counter has a soft leather touch, very comfortable. I had a "Gin and Tonic," served in about 5 minutes. It was a well-chilled Gin and Tonic, refreshing.

On Friday night (January 6th), after enjoying sushi in Azabu Juban, I decided to explore the bar scene and ended up at Bar P.M.9 in Shimbashi. Although I haven't often drank in Shimbashi before, I've passed by here a few times without noticing it. I arrived at 8:40 PM and managed to snag the last available seat at the counter, just as a couple entered right behind me. Unfortunately, they couldn't find a spot as the place quickly filled up. Perhaps reservations are recommended for weekends. It's a non-smoking bar, which is appreciated. Starting with a gin and tonic to cool down, followed by a Calvados highball, then a Pernod Ricard soda which was intriguingly cloudy white with herbal aromas and a subtle sweetness, finishing with a Sidecar. Despite being a first-time visitor, the atmosphere was welcoming. Or perhaps I just got a bit tipsy and lost track of my surroundings. Since it was getting crowded, I decided to leave. Four drinks for 7,000 yen, including a cover charge, seemed reasonable. I'll definitely visit again. Thanks for a pleasant hour.
