Denny's is a famous restaurant chain in America, but the Denny's in Japan is now operated by Seven & i Food Systems, having terminated its contract with the American headquarters, and has become a family restaurant chain unique to Japan. Denny's Japan is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and has various special events planned, including a special menu produced by Chef Tomomi Ogura, an Italian restaurant owner chef at Sanguu Bridge. I have always been interested in Chef Ogura, so I visited with my child on the weekend to try his recommended set menu. We visited around 11:30 am on the weekend. The restaurant was busy, with about 4 groups waiting. There is a 90-minute time limit. Luckily, many customers were leaving at the time, so we only waited for about 15 minutes before being seated. Chef Ogura's menu includes three items: Salad - Roast Pork Slice and Arugula Insalata, Soup - Egg and Onion Zuppa, Spaghetti - Shrimp Marinara. You can either enjoy all three as a course or order a set with spaghetti and salad or soup. I ordered the set with salad and spaghetti for 1,540 yen. First, we had the Roast Pork Slice and Arugula Insalata. Insalata means salad in Italian. We enjoyed the arugula and roast pork on bread, which was surprisingly warm and had a sophisticated taste not typical of family restaurants. Next was the Shrimp Marinara. The pasta looked a bit overcooked when it arrived, so I didn't have high expectations. However, it was served piping hot, with a good amount of herbs, and had a unique taste that you wouldn't expect from a family restaurant. Knowing Chef Ogura's recipe, I felt the pasta was slightly lacking, but it was still impressive to see it replicated in a family restaurant setting. Additionally, while I came for Chef Ogura's menu, I was most impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They checked in with customers before seating them to ensure everything was okay, adjusted the bill for set menu discounts, and maintained great service even during busy times. This attention to service was truly remarkable.

When it comes to family restaurants, I usually prefer Royal Host, but it's been crowded lately. So, we decided to go to Denny's for a change. It was crowded there too, so they have a 90-minute time limit. I didn't realize they had touch panel ordering now, which was convenient. The service was relatively quick, and the food was pretty good. I also enjoyed the seasonal Shine Muscat parfait. I'll definitely go back there when I'm hungry again.

In my 20s, I used to eat at Denny's a lot. It's been over 30 years since then, and my taste buds and body have changed a lot. I tried the hamburger with cheese topping at Denny's for the first time in years, and it was really good. The hamburger is delicious and the cheese topping goes well with it. The combination of hamburger and cheese is perfect. Family restaurant hamburgers are really tasty and shouldn't be underestimated.

Today was really crowded! I waited for over 30 minutes. But it's hot outside, so I need something cold and sweet to perk me up. I thought about getting shaved ice, but I decided on a mini chocolate sundae instead. It has whipped cream, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, and bananas to give me a boost of energy. I'm satisfied.

After dinner at Ginzo-san, I wanted to relax a little more on the way home. My husband pointed to the 2nd floor nearby and suggested going to Denny's. I was surprised to find a Denny's here. So we decided to go. In my mind, I was craving shaved ice. I was hoping to find Momoko-san's favorite peach shaved ice. And there it was - peach milk shaved ice at Denny's, with pink and white intertwining. It was sweet and fragrant. It brought back memories of the Denny's we used to visit when our sons were in kindergarten near Zushi Marina. It's nice to see that Denny's has kept its trademark and continues to thrive.

Visited after returning from the Ghibli exhibition at Terada Warehouse around 7 pm. It's on the second floor of a building right in front of Hamamatsucho Station, where the Nippon Cultural Broadcasting Co., Ltd. is located. There were many travelers with big suitcases and surprisingly quite a few families with young children for this time of day, creating a mysterious mix of customers. Since there are no Denny's near my area, I found the menu quite interesting and had a hard time deciding between the seasonal cold noodles and the cold pasta here. I underestimated the pasta, but it had a surprisingly good flavor. The parfait I ordered as a set also had a generous portion. With a variety of dishes from Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines, this family restaurant seems to have a good balance compared to others.

Today I came to Denny's inside the Nippon Cultural Broadcasting building near Tokyo Tower. The manager, who seems to be the manager, always guides us to our seats very politely. The young woman working part-time is also very polite in her service. Today, I ordered a drink bar and a Honey Lemon Milk (shaved ice for 540 yen). It's so hot outside, so I wanted something light to eat. But when it arrived, I was surprised by how much food there was. Well, I think the shaved ice and the honey lemon syrup are just average, but for this price, it's acceptable. It seems like the shaved ice here is all about the volume. This Denny's is quite popular, so it's always crowded. There might be a wait. They still have peach shaved ice available too.

In the midst of a heatwave, one of the two air conditioners in the space was not working, so it was uncomfortably warm during the meal. However, the staff were very polite and attentive, which made it easier to accept the situation.

I decided to visit Denny's once in a while, and this time I went to the Denny's near Hamamatsucho Station since the Aozora Denny's was closed. I waited for about 15 minutes before being seated. I tried the broccoli stir-fry, potato fries, bacon tomato pasta, and miso soup. Summary: 1) Delicious ✔️ 2) Efficient service ✔️ 3) Great staff ✔️ The Denny's staff are working hard and doing a great job. Thank you for the meal.

First visit, arrived at 12:50, waited for about 5 minutes but was seated promptly. I ordered the Cheese Hamburg Tomato Pilaf for 990 yen and the drink bar for 350 yen. It took about 20 minutes for the food to be served. The large cheese hamburger was sitting on top of the chicken rice, and the hamburger was thick and paired well with the demi-glace sauce. The chicken rice had just the right firmness and was easy to eat with a not too strong flavor. Along with the all-you-can-drink beverages, it was a lunch of sufficient quality. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal♪

We visited with three people around 6 pm on a weekday. It seemed quite busy, but we were seated fairly quickly. We ordered the Chicken Jambalaya and the drink bar, and chatted about hobbies with my colleagues (lol). Be careful, the Jambalaya comes with or without chicken, as stated on the menu. The chicken was crispy and went well with the spicy Jambalaya. For drinks, we had two Lemon Calpis sodas and a cafe au lait. The drink bar machine was high-tech, and we had fun playing around with it.

Denny's, located just a 1-2 minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station, is very convenient so I often visit. I love their French toast, but today I was in the mood for something sweeter... a parfait. The mini chocolate sundae was just the right size. It had a banana in the middle which added to the satisfying taste. I am very satisfied!

Today I ordered a $5.90 NY cheesecake. The bakery where I bought it always has long lines, but their prices and taste are unbeatable. If you can't finish it, you can buy a $0.30 box to take it home. The shop is located near Hamamatsucho Station and inside the Bunka Hoso building, so it tends to be crowded.

This is my third visit. Usually, there is always a line of customers waiting at the entrance because the restaurant is always full, but this time I was able to enter smoothly, probably because it was late. The menu was combined into one book, with options for Grand, Lunch, and Morning. The taste was the usual Dennys taste. The Dennys next to Aoyama Cemetery has closed down, so it is becoming rare in Tokyo.

From Sunday morning, I went to Denny's at Media Plaza on Culture Broadcasting. It seems like there are many foreigners there. It's a very relaxing place. I think Denny's French toast and caramel pancakes are delicious even though they are cheap. I always think so when I eat them. If you want to eat expensive French toast or pancakes that are not delicious, you should definitely eat Denny's. Denny's has other main dishes and desserts that are delicious too.

The nearest stations are Hamamatsucho Station or Daimon Station. Located on the 2nd floor of the building called Bunka Hoso Media Plus. I ordered the Scrambled & Cheese French Toast (990 yen) with yogurt and a drink bar. The plate included cheese French toast, salad, sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs with spinach and shimeji mushrooms. The salad with prosciutto and the cheese French toast were all delicious. The food was great, but the service was also very polite and wonderful. It's been a while since I had breakfast at a family restaurant, but sometimes it's nice to have.

Denny's is my favorite family restaurant, even though it's a bit pricey♪♪ The bill per person is around 900 yen. I always order the omurice at Denny's, but this time I tried the luxurious dish with shrimp fry and croquette on top✨ It's so delicious that I wish I could come to Denny's every day if I had the money♡(*´ω`*)

I had the breakfast set. The fried egg was made with butter, but I would have preferred it made with regular salad oil. The natto was the small kind that I like. I wished there was some green onion as a condiment. The seaweed was the type I like, without any added flavor.

I am someone who absolutely loves the morning menu at family restaurants, as if it were your morning. However, the reality is that in Hokkaido, there are not many options other than Gusto, so when I went to Tokyo, I wanted to try a morning menu at a family restaurant other than Gusto. That's why I had breakfast at Denny's, which is not available in Hokkaido. I chose the Basted Egg Morning from the Select Morning menu, where the fried egg was cooked with steam. I was torn between choosing French toast or pancakes for the set, but since I always eat French toast at Denny's, I chose the pancake set this time. There are two pancakes, so I ate one with whipped butter and the other with maple syrup as a dessert. It also looks delicious to roll up the pancakes and sandwich them with bacon, sausage, and salad like a tortilla. It was a fulfilling meal. Thank you very much.

Just a minute from Hamamatsucho Station. It's been a while since I've been to Denny's. I ordered the classic hamburger with a refreshing Japanese-style sauce. The tenderness of the hamburger is amazing. Jambalaya. It seems to have originated from Spanish paella. The taste has remained the same since long ago. Highly recommended. And of course, when it comes to Denny's, there's the French toast. Fluffy texture made with Danish.
