I made the right decision to reserve it. They also gave me a fork, but it was charged (10 yen). I think this might be my first time trying Lemon Pie. The top white part is meringue, the yellow part is lemon cream, and there is a thin pie crust at the bottom. The combination of the fluffy, gentle sweetness of the meringue, the strong lemon flavor and tartness of the cream, and the crispy pie crust creates a harmonious symphony of deliciousness.
