Recently, I have gained new clients and have been coming to Jiyugaoka more often. It's an area I'm not very familiar with, so I look forward to discovering good shops in the future. Today, I had a meeting with one of those clients, and the designated meeting place was "Jiyugaoka Plus Minami-guchi Store". To get there, you exit the south exit of Tokyu Jiyugaoka Station, head east on Maricler Street, turn right at the first intersection, cross the Kuhonbutsu River Green Road, and it will be on your left. Upon entering, there is a counter where the staff will assist you. Although it's a pre-payment system, you pay at the self-checkout and the staff will bring your order to your table. I ordered a hot cafe latte. I was given a number stand and went upstairs. The second floor had a completely different atmosphere. The floor was all wooden flooring, with tables, chairs, and furnishings made mostly of wood. Despite the indirect lighting, sunlight came in through the windows, creating a lovely ambiance. Notably, the space was quite large. There were over 10 large tables lined up, and it wasn't too crowded. The window seats had power outlets and Wi-Fi was available. Inside, there were businessmen having meetings, people working on laptops, students studying, and women enjoying tea parties, each using the space in their own way. It's a very convenient cafe as it's close to the station. As for the cafe latte, it was served in a heat-resistant glass cup and there was plenty of it. The taste was average, but the generous portion makes it suitable for long meetings. I will definitely use this cafe for meetings and time adjustments in the future. I also noticed a sign for "Morning Rakugo" displayed outside. It seems interesting to have rakugo performances in such a stylish cafe in the morning. I didn't have the chance to check it out today as I was with a client, but I will look into it next time. The bill came to 638 yen. Thank you for the meal!
