After the Adachi fireworks festival ended, I stopped by this shop to pass the time. The entrance was lined with retro items, bringing back nostalgic memories for those from the Showa era. It was so much fun to see all these items. Since it was after the fireworks festival, the wait time was also enjoyable as I looked at the products. There were glasses that reminded me of my childhood home, it was too nostalgic. Inside the cafe, there were many gachapon and nostalgic items on display, and I was impressed by how many they had collected. From radios to souvenir goods, electronic products, and vinyl dolls, there was a wide variety of items that were fun to look at. There was even a table game machine that looked like the Space Invaders game, which had disappeared without me noticing. The menu was also unique, with interesting items. Each one was full of excitement and made me curious. The parfait and cheese omelette I ordered had a lot of impact when they arrived. They looked amazing! However, the taste was just okay. The parfait was average. It was too filling. The cheese dish didn't seem to taste that great, but since it's a shop with a lot of impact, I guess that's okay. The prices are high, so it might not be suitable for those looking for a meal. It's recommended to enjoy this place more like an event or themed cafe. People of all ages, from young to old, were enjoying the decorations in the shop, creating a lovely space filled with smiles.

It was crowded with young customers on a Sunday afternoon, as expected. The place had a Showa retro atmosphere, making it perfect for social media posts. I was looking for a dog-friendly restaurant, so I chose a terrace seat. I ordered a milkshake, a Super Mega Cheese waffle, and a hot dog. The overflowing cheese was impressive, but the prices were a bit high. The staff were friendly, but considering we spent 5000 yen for two people, I feel there are better options in Kita-Senju. Therefore, I rated it a bit lower.

I was curious about milkshakes, so even though it was before dinner, I stopped by with a friend. I'm not sure about the history of the shop, but it seems like it used to be an electronics store. There were many different types of milkshakes to choose from, so I had a hard time deciding. Since I like strawberry milk, I chose one with strawberries in it and it was delicious. There were also other interesting menu items like items you can eat that you get from a gachapon machine, so I want to come back again.

Next, I headed to "Esdi Coffee," officially known as "Suzuki Electric Coffee," a coffee shop run by a local electronics store. Smoking is allowed at the outdoor seating area. The menu is quite extensive, with many items featuring the SUZUKI brand, making it hard to tell what's authentic (laughs). One drink that caught my eye was the "Morning Japanese Black Tea Sparkling" priced at 1,200 yen (tax included). It is made by JR Kyushu, the company that provides tea on the "Nanatsu Hoshi in Kyushu" train. It is a cider made with black tea from Fukuoka and Yame, and rare sugar. However, it was my first time trying it and I found it somewhat disappointing as the carbonation was weak for a sparkling drink. I checked the price on the company's website and was disappointed twice (cries). I should have just stuck with a regular coffee instead.

I arrived around 1 pm and waited for about 5 minutes before entering. The customers were mostly in their 10s to 20s, creating a lively atmosphere. I ordered a hot dog with a mochi filling and a shake topped with Apollo candies in a milk bottle. I waited for about 10 minutes, passing the time by looking at the decorations in the shop. There were various items for sale at the entrance, including retro glass cups priced at 2900 yen. It must be a treasure trove for enthusiasts. When the food arrived, I found the unique mochi-filled hot dog delicious, with a taste reminiscent of okonomiyaki. The shake was also impressive. It was a different experience from what I usually have, but I had a great time visiting. Thank you!

The exterior and interior are both carefully designed, colorful, and cute! The hot dog has a large sausage, providing a satisfying bite. There was a lot of tartar sauce on the nose, haha. Most of all, the shake was adorable and irresistible! I was told to mix it well, but it was so thick that it didn't mix at first, haha. It was simple but sweet, delicious, and tasted like happiness.

The entrance of the shop had a nostalgic "coffee shop" sign. It felt like I had seen it before. There were plenty of nostalgic Showa era goods inside! It was lunchtime, so I was drawn into the store. The interior was filled with public bathhouse goods. The decorations were so fun to look at! It was like a theme park coffee shop. I'm actually not a fan of sausage dishes, but they were incredibly delicious! I heard they also have waffles, which I'd love to try. The shakes also caught my eye! They even have a university sweet potato shake! I'll definitely be going back!

Adachi Blend (Hot Coffee) for 600 yen, Cafe Mocha (Hot) for 700 yen, and Very Strawberry Waffle for 800 yen. The entrance is open so the inside of the shop is cold (lol). The drinks are average, but the waffle was delicious. A place to enjoy not only the taste but also the atmosphere.

I visited around 5 pm, so I was able to enter the shop at a good timing. It's a popular place with many people using takeout. You order at the register and pay there as well. You can also purchase the milk bottles and masu cups they use. They also sell original goods, retro-style glasses, and more. I want to try the food gacha challenge next time.

There is a retro-style cafe table arcade cabinet in a public bathhouse, with a Miki Shoji emulator inside. The atmosphere is great and fits well with the surroundings. The massage machine that doubles as a chair is a nice touch. The hot dogs are huge, making it a challenge to figure out how to eat them.

I visited around 17:15 on a weekday and made it in time for the last order at 18:00. The entrance was filled with fun items that exuded a Showa retro vibe, making it easy to spot. I was drawn in by this entrance and decided to take a peek. The interior was like a Showa wonderland, making me look around in excitement! I chose a seat with arcade-style tables and retro chairs. The waffles were made with eggs from Tanaka Farm, showing a commitment to both fun appearances and deliciousness. I placed my order and paid at the counter, then waited at my seat. I tried the "Reiwa Shake 2022" for 1,200 yen, which included black honey, soybean flour, white rice dumplings, a special "Reiwa" branded senbei, premium espresso, homemade coffee jelly, an Austrian coin (chocolate), and an original milk bottle cap stuck in it. Why? Don't ask why, it's just fun. I devoured the soft serve ice cream (I love it), but the coffee jelly wasn't too sweet, so maybe mixing it with the ice cream was the right way to go. It wasn't just about appearances, it was genuinely delicious! The staff were friendly and kind. I originally planned to visit a shaved ice shop, but the long line made me give up and seek refuge here instead. However, my visit to Kita-Senju after a long time made me feel really happy.

- Matcha Shake: ¥950 - Rum Raisin Shake: ¥800 The rum raisin soft serve ice cream has a delicious flavor with a subtle sweetness and a strong milk taste. When you mix it before drinking, it's great, but be careful not to suck too hard without mixing, as the rum flavor can be quite strong and burn your throat. The matcha shake has a strong matcha flavor with a good balance of sweetness, so it's not too bitter. It's perfect for matcha lovers with its rich and creamy texture, and it also looks cute with various toppings on top.

1. I used to keep an ant hell with a can pen. 2. Whenever I went to school, someone would always play the Paro Special. 3. A girl who would cry if she couldn't drink milk was forced to drink it and ended up vomiting. 4. When I asked if they were okay, they wouldn't talk to me until graduation. 5. During a home visit, my father tried to give cash to the teacher. 6. During summer vacation, we tried to clear the Tower of Druaga together every day. It was impossible. 7. When recording on a cassette tape, my family would hold their breath. 8. During the neighborhood bon dance festival, the whole neighborhood was robbed. 9. I used to secretly rub my father's erotic books with butter every day, and one day our pet dog ran off with one in its mouth. 10. On the way home from cram school, I held hands with a girl for the first time. If you have these kinds of memories, you'll understand what's in this café. It's filled with items from that era. Order the "Energetic and Lively C Shake" for 900 yen. It has that special taste. It's like vanilla ice cream having a chemical reaction, overflowing with bubbly foam. It's so good! Sip it up with a slurp. Doing the same things now and then, it's all the same. Now, let's go on a drink-included time machine ride along this shopping street to find the "forgotten things" of yours.

As I was walking down the shopping street, I came across a lively shop with a line of customers enjoying coffee at the terrace seats. It seemed to be a popular spot, so I decided to wait in line and check it out. The entire shop, from the terrace to the inside, was filled with Showa-era retro goods, which made me eager to go inside. The shop seemed to prioritize the experience over just the taste, with milkshakes being a popular menu item and various creatively presented dishes. They even had a menu where you could get a hot dog from a gachapon machine, which was a fun idea! The shop was full of retro items, and just browsing through them was enjoyable. The customers were mostly young and seemed to be having a great time just being in the shop. The food was also delicious.

@sdcoffee1010 in Kita-Senju, 3 minutes walk from Kita-Senju Station. Payment methods: cash, card. Walking along the Yado Machi shopping street in Kita-Senju, you'll find a retro-style shop known for their popular hot dogs and milkshakes. On a hot day, I decided to order a milkshake. The Matcha Metcha Moo Moo Shake...? What a catchy name!! And the milkshake itself lived up to the name. The gummy candy on top reminded me of the good old Showa era (I was born in Heisei). The ice cream was rich and delicious!! The Strawberry Milkshake needs no words. It's simply the best. This summer, I recommend taking a milkshake to-go and exploring the downtown area! Check out more details on TikTok! → https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSeWfmPkK/ MENU: Matcha Metcha Moo Moo Shake 950 yen, Strawberry Milkshake 800 yen.

Points ✔ - SD is an abbreviation for Suzuki Electric! - Hot dogs covered in cheese and shakes are very popular among those aiming for Instagram and SNS appeal! - There are over 20 varieties of shakes, each with unique names designed to be visually appealing for social media, making you want to try them all! - Featured on various TV shows like Fuji TV and "Tokoro-san no TV", as well as in gourmet books! Location: Within a 3-minute walk from Kitasenju West Exit 🚶‍♀️ Located along the old Nikko Kaido, you'll find it there❣️ Atmosphere: The interior of the store is filled with posters reminiscent of the Showa era, with numerous ones plastered on the walls, creating an amusement-filled space with so much to see that your eyes won't know where to focus❣️ Overall, it exudes a retro and downtown atmosphere inspired by public baths. Ordered: 1. "Matcha Mucha Shake" (¥950) 2. "Strawberry Milk Shake" (¥800) 3. "Super Mega Cheese" (¥1500) for a total of 3 items *Order and pay at the counter first ⚠️ Impressions: 1. The combination of a milk bottle and a measuring cup is reminiscent of a hot spring ♨️ and makes a huge impact❣️wow. The gummy candy on top reminded me of the colors and shapes from my childhood, bringing back nostalgic memories( *´﹀`* ) 2. Although the silhouette is similar, the lack of a distinctive feature on top is made up for by the vibrant strawberry sauce below, making it look delicious (*´﹃`*) 3. The overwhelming presence of the hot dog in a large wooden tub❣️Combining cheddar cheese and Stilton cheese! The frankfurter inside is hidden beneath a generous amount of cheese, truly impressive( •̀∀•́ )b. A sauce for flavor variation is included on the side❣️ Feedback: 1. The nostalgic gummy had just the right amount of elasticity and a gentle flavor that was quite charming(*^^*). The ice cream was rich in milk flavor, with a slightly bitter matcha sauce in the middle adding a nice touch of flavor♥ Be careful though, as it might fall off while you're busy taking pictures ⚠️ lol 2. The ice cream was rich and refreshing, perfect for enjoying after a hot spring bath. It's filled with vanilla shake and strawberry sauce inside, with the sweet and sourness of the strawberries at the bottom creating a satisfying experience both visually and in taste✩~(´>؂∂`) 3. The cheese was plentiful as expected, but it didn't stretch as much as imagined. The sausage was juicy and oozing with meat juice❣️ However, due to its size, it was somewhat difficult to eat and I struggled to figure out where to start. The accompanying sauce was on the sweet side, and to be honest, I felt that a regular salty sauce would have been a better match. This is just a matter of personal preference❣️ In terms of volume, it was satisfying and filling, but in other aspects, it was just okay:( ;´꒳`;) Overall: The shakes are delicious and satisfying, so I recommend them ===========

I visited SD Coffee, which I had been wanting to go to for a while! I arrived around 3 o'clock and almost all the seats were taken, but luckily I found an available seat! The interior was filled with miscellaneous goods for sale, and the seating had a retro feel that got me really excited. This time, I ordered the Macho Shake for 950 yen, Apollo Shake for 850 yen, and Vanilla Milk Shake for 700 yen. Since I had just eaten, I opted for something light, but the hot dogs and waffles also looked delicious! The shakes came in old-fashioned milk bottles with ice cream on top, which added to the excitement. The staff, mainly a friendly young man, had a casual and welcoming vibe that made me feel comfortable. I would love to visit again to try the hot dogs next time!

I visited a cafe called "Esde Coffee" in Kita-Senju after a long time. The cafe has a flashy and retro atmosphere, with a unique interior and menu that is truly captivating. The cafe is filled with Showa-era collectibles and the owner seems to be from the same generation. The menu is a bit pricey, but the quality and charm of the cafe make it worth it. I tried the "Chome Chome P Shake" which was a milkshake with peanut butter and Kaki no Tane (a type of snack) mixed in, served in a milk bottle. The combination was amazing and the presentation was top-notch. Overall, "Esde Coffee" is a cafe that impresses in every aspect and leaves a lasting impression.

★【Kitasenju】Enjoy the retro vibe of Esdi Coffee♪ Located in Kitasenju, head to Suzuki Electric Coffee for their famous Reiwa Shake 2022. It's a delightful combination of bittersweet coffee jelly and creamy soft serve ice cream that is incredibly delicious! The light bulb decoration on the soft serve is half fake, with no backside, haha. The parfait's decoration, featuring the logo on the milk bottle cap, is adorable. The interior may look cluttered but is actually well-organized. They also sell retro goods and have a gacha machine. Definitely a place worth revisiting.

I entered the store and on the right side, I found a nostalgic Anpanman glass that I decided to buy. It was a bit pricey, but worth it. It was really cold, so I ordered a café latte while my friend got a strawberry and matcha shake. The presentation was fun and quirky, just like the taste. It was delicious. The soft serve ice cream with a milk bottle cap stuck in it was a nice touch. The store was a bit cluttered, but cozy.
