This dessert is a collaboration between a former White House chef, a French cheese artisan, and a Japanese woman who is a knight of French cheese. When we visited on a Sunday around 9 am, there was a line of about 15 people. They open at 8 am in the morning and sometimes sell out by noon. You can buy up to 10 pieces per person, and we were able to get the last two boxes of 5 pieces each for souvenirs. Some people were buying 10 boxes and lining up again. Look at this! It's a langues de chat cookie with cream and cheese chocolate inside. The recommended way to eat it is to chill it in the fridge for about 10 minutes. Just imagining it makes it sound delicious, right? I wish I could share it with you, but unfortunately, I can't.
