I purchased this as a gift for someone who has been very helpful to me, recommended by a friend. The cake was very delicate and lovely. Of course, the taste was excellent! The person I gave it to was very happy. It's a bit expensive for everyday use, but I would like to purchase it again for a special occasion.

I am a repeat customer! Last time, I tried the pistachio cake and it was delicious, so this time I went for the seasonal limited edition cake! The location is quite remote, but the taste is very delicious and the presentation is cute, so I highly recommend it! I want to purchase it again!

Continuing from last year, I chose a cake for my wife's birthday. Last time, I bought one that was a bit too big, but when I downsized it, it ended up looking pitiful...haha. I really wanted the limited edition one that was available at the store, even though it was about double the price. But I had to give up on it because the kids might not be able to eat it.

I saw this cake on Instagram and I've always wanted it. The cute bear with its round eyes is irresistible~ I finally went to pick it up after making a reservation. While on the Shinkansen, I was worried that the bear might have flipped over, so I tried to peek inside. But through the transparent film window, the bear was looking up at me with a worried expression (lol) It was too cute! I spent about 2 hours and 30 minutes smiling the whole time. Even after arriving home, I couldn't bring myself to eat it right away, so I started with the base. The base was a strawberry sponge cake with a deep yellow color. I'm not sure if it's due to the difference in eggs or if they added coloring... The whipped cream was light and not too sweet. It was really delicious. Well, of course it was. It's a 12-centimeter cake that costs over 8000 yen and fits in the palm of your hand. Honestly, this isn't something you buy for yourself, it should be a gift from someone else. Come to think of it, I've never received a gift from a man before. If I were to be reborn, I would definitely want to be a "beauty"! Please, God. By the way, the chocolate bear is still in our freezer. Isn't it nice to have something to comfort you when you come home tired from work? Thank you for the meal ♫

I had a birthday cake. It was a cheesecake with a clean taste, not too sweet, which I really liked! It looked really cute and was a delicious cake that suited me perfectly. This place is famous for its bear-shaped cakes, which reminded me of one I had in the past. Ossu ossu!

It's really cute! I'm in love ♥️ Inside the shop, there is only a small showcase with macarons and éclairs. You can apparently reserve a whole cake, but they also have some available on the spot. They offer strawberry cakes in 12cm and 15cm sizes, with the 12cm one costing around 8000 yen. I decided to get it right away! I also bought some chocolate cookies for Valentine's Day tomorrow. It's a sandwich cookie with a chocolate filling, and it costs a little over 3000 yen for 5 pieces. They also have éclairs and macarons. The flavors are hard to imagine, but they look like works of art. You would definitely be happy to receive them. The bear-shaped cake is amazing! It's all edible, even the parts that hold the bear together are made of chocolate! The bear's arms are made of a sticky caramel-like chocolate, while the rest is just one type of chocolate. Everything is so cute, it really lifts your spirits ⤴️⤴️

I tried the Canutti from the cake shop Louange Tokyo that I was curious about. It's a new sensation dessert with a combination of cheesecake and canelé. The crispy texture of the canelé outer layer and the creamy cheese inside were delicious! The refreshing flavor of the cream cheese, made with Danish and Australian cheese, along with a hint of orange peel, creates a stylish explosion of taste. It costs 450 yen each, but it's worth it and comes in stylish gift bags or boxes. It seems like a great small gift or treat for someone you appreciate or a close friend, as well as a reward for yourself. Also, the bear cake featured in the pamphlet (3rd image) is too cute, I would love to try it someday. LOUANGE TOKYO is located a 2-3 minute walk from Roppongi Station. Operating hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 from 5/8 to 6/15, and from 8:00 to 19:00 after 6/15. Online ordering is available.

A very cute but high-end cake shop. The prices are a bit steep, so I decided to try their baked goods instead. I bought a box of 5 Hersam Chocola cookies for 3,240 yen. They are said to pair well with wine or champagne, so I enjoyed them with a glass of wine. The cookies are crispy, and filled with various flavored chocolates. You can tell that they are made with high-quality ingredients. Despite the price being over 600 yen per cookie, it was worth it. They would make a great gift or souvenir that anyone would appreciate.

I wanted to try it, or rather, I wanted to see it, it's just cute to take a photo! The bear is a white chocolate cheese macaron cheesecake, with several types of cheesecake, I forgot how many types, but there are flavors like blue cheese, natural cheese, etc., rich and very delicious.

LOUANGE TOKYO LE Musée offers an incredibly cute afternoon tea set that is too cute to eat. The stand is made of marble and is filled with adorable sweets. They are so cute that it's hard to eat them, but they are incredibly delicious.

I received this as a gift. A set of 5 macarons with unique and one-of-a-kind flavors. The Gorgonzola with honey is so strong in cheese flavor that it almost feels like a snack rather than a dessert. It is very delicious.

I put the strawberry on myself! I wanted to use it as a gender reveal cake. Since it was a boy, I ordered a muscat cake for the inside. It was a bit of a distance to get home and I had to drive, so when I opened it at home, it had collapsed. Anyway, the bear is too cute. It was made of marzipan and chocolate, and I ended up dissecting it with a knife and only eating the chocolate part in the end... Haha. The taste of the cake was just okay...

This bear cake is famous and perfect for celebrations. I made a reservation and picked it up on the day of the celebration. The cake had real flowers on top, and it cost around 20,000 yen. It was my first time picking up from the store, and they also sold cute sweets. Thank you for the delicious meal!

All the cakes are cute and delicious, so they make great gifts or birthday presents that will surely bring a lot of joy. Sometimes I bring cakes, other times I bring a variety of sweets, but there is no mistake. The safest option is always the best. Everyone would love to receive one at least once ❤️ On this day, I ordered a birthday cake for my friend's mom, and it was a strawberry shortcake, which was very cute. My friend's mom was delighted. It was for a sommelier gathering wine event, and everyone enjoyed it with wine. The cakes look great, so you can relax and enjoy.

I bought it on Saturday. Canutte Chocolat? Inside is a creamy chocolate. It's fluffy and chewy, delicious. I like the unique texture. I would like to try it at the store next time. It seems enjoyable to look at and eat. Thank you for the meal.

I was taken to "L'Osier Tokyo" in Minato Ward by a friend ❤︎ This place is famous for their teddy bear cakes!! I've had their sweets before, so I was really looking forward to trying their food this time! The table setting was stylish and perfect for Instagram photos! The dishes were infused with truffles and karasumi, and you could even enjoy the aroma! And most importantly, the desserts were fantastic ❤︎ Opening the lid was exciting, wondering what's inside! Girls would be thrilled to be taken here for a special occasion like an anniversary (*゚∀゚*) We went with about 10 people in a private room this time, and you could see the chefs at work, so it's great for birthday parties too!

In the "VALENTINE COLLECTION 2022," a stunning display of 49 adorable teddy bears welcomed us. The sight of teddy bears enjoying chocolate on their cheeks was so endearing! The highlight this year was the "Coffret Nummy Valentine," where a teddy bear lounges on a nutty brownie cake. The texture of five types of nuts and the flavor of chocolate are a perfect match. Even those who don't like sweet things can enjoy it. The "Lux Macaron Gorgonzola" is perfect for white wine, with its exquisite balance of cream and saltiness. I tried to decide on a gift after tasting them, but they were all so delicious that I ended up even more indecisive!
- Coffret Nummy Valentine
- Handsome Chocolat (Raspberry x Rhubarb)
- Eclat Chocola Premium (Pistachio x Griotte)
- Orangette Cattle
- Lux Macaron Gorgonzola
Thank you for the delicious meal.

Every year, I thought Kumachan (Nunus) was cute, but when I saw a famous Instagrammer posting about being invited to the unveiling of Louange Tokyo's new Christmas cake, Christmas collection 2020, I decided to purchase one. I was torn between all the cute options, but I ended up buying the Ultime Fromage Noël 2020 for 9,000 yen. Please note that while you can pre-order this item, you cannot have it delivered - you need to pick it up at the Roppongi store. It features beautiful roses and a cute bear. It was almost a shame to eat it, I just gazed at it for a while - it's truly an artistic Christmas cake. It's no surprise, as it was created by Hiroji Fujita, who has won two titles at the World Pastry Cup. This year, with the self-restraint due to COVID, Christmas at home will be the norm, but with this cake, everyone will surely be able to smile.

I found this shop while searching for something to bring as a souvenir for a Christmas party. They are famous for their art-like cakes, but during the Christmas season, cakes could only be purchased with a reservation. However, I was originally there for the eclairs so it wasn't a problem. There was a long line of over 10 people waiting to pick up cakes. While waiting outside, a staff member gave me a hot pack. It was a thoughtful gesture. Finally, I got the eclair, which was like a piece of art. It was finger-sized and easy to eat in two or three bites. The chocolate cream inside was incredibly delicious. Next time, I want to try their cakes on another occasion.

I went on a Tokyo sweets trip and I will report on it right away! On December 10, 2021, I visited Le Musee Tokyo Le Muse. Le Musee means museum in French. The stylish interior is based on light gray, resembling an art museum, with sweets displayed like art pieces. There is a salon space, which is convenient. The shop is supervised by pastry chef Hiroshi Fujita, who has won the WPTC World Championship twice, and it opened in Ginza in May 2021. Some cakes can be eaten in the store. I got so engrossed in taking pictures inside the store! I made a reservation and payment online before visiting. I tried the FRINGALE Christmas season limited collaboration dessert, which is all made of chocolate. It was perfect because I wanted to try the dessert with the bear! At this time, there is a collaboration with glass artist Hiroko Ueki, and her art pieces are exhibited in the store. I had the Wild Berry Hibiscus, a blend of hibiscus buds and elderberries, with blueberries and a rich fruit herbal tea. I was nervous in the luxurious atmosphere of Ginza, but I was glad to meet the bear! Jorno's Sweets & Wine Diary.
