I used this restaurant on my way back from playing at the airport on a regular day. The cafes inside the airport were crowded, but this place had plenty of seats and I was able to sit down without struggling for a seat. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, so I recommend it.

There is a new Tully's Coffee shop at Haneda Airport Garden. They offer Honey Milk Latte. The store is clean and has about 6 tables outside with chairs. I wonder if you can take a break there even if you didn't purchase anything from Tully's.
