The charcoal grill produces a lot of smoke, and even though I've never borrowed them, they lend goggles. Make sure to check if they have upper tongue salt when making a reservation. Sometimes it's sold out, haha. The spicy beef soup was delicious. The meat is fresh, not frozen, so it's tasty. There are many autographs from famous people, especially from the sports world.

The restaurant was full and filled with smoke. The tongue salt and harami were excellent. The meat was thick and tender. Eating the meat here made me realize how different yakiniku can taste. This restaurant's taste does not necessarily match its Tabelog rating. It is the number one yakiniku restaurant in the Itabashi area.

Charcoal fire is the best. The smoke is delicious! This yakiniku restaurant in Itabashi Ward is known for its great cost performance. There is a sign saying "We lend goggles because of the thick smoke." With all-you-can-drink included, it's 4,400 yen, and with a luxurious yakiniku plan it's 5,500 yen. Isn't that amazing? It's a reasonable price that will satisfy families, yakiniku lovers, and alcohol lovers. On this day, as it was the second yakiniku restaurant we visited, we ordered a la carte. The thick-cut tongue is 1,580 yen, the regular kalbi is 1,050 yen, and the harami with garlic and green onions on top is a must-order.

It's been about 10 years since I last visited Minamidaimon! Located along a main road 300 meters from the Itabashi Honcho intersection in Itabashi-ku, it's hard to stop by car as you pass by quickly. If you go by car, you'll need to find nearby parking, and if you take the train, it's a 10-minute walk from Itabashi Honcho Station on the Mita Line. The only landmark is the illuminated Minamidaimon sign, as there are no other restaurants around. When you open the door, you'll be greeted by a completely white interior with no ventilation ducts, just a few exhaust fans on the walls. However, the meat is delicious and relatively cheap! The thick-cut tongue costs 1550 yen and the top loin costs 1350 yen, which is surprisingly affordable. Considering the prices, it was excellent!

I often visit this restaurant with my two elementary school and kindergarten children, as well as my friend and mom friends. We always order the thick-cut premium beef tongue and garlic and green onion topped harami. It's a must-order for our family. Be careful with the heat! We can enjoy delicious meals here, but if someone at a nearby table starts grilling hormone dishes, it gets smoky and our eyes start watering. They offer goggles if you need them due to the smoke. The prices are reasonable overall, and we're always happy to receive the Korean seaweed souvenir given to us when we leave. I will definitely be going back soon.

I often saw this restaurant while driving and finally had the chance to visit! I was able to fully experience the taste of Korea, and the meat was tender and delicious. The beef tripe sashimi was a bit too sweet in my opinion, so it may need some improvement. The atmosphere with charcoal grilling and billowing smoke added to the experience. Even though I haven't been to Korea, I felt like I was there and the meat was delicious. Thank you for the Korean seaweed souvenir on the way out. Thank you for the meal! I will definitely visit again.

During the consecutive holidays, when I made a same-day reservation and asked if there was still Negi Jyo Tan Shio available, they said there was only one serving left, so I had them set it aside for me immediately. Normally, I would order enough for everyone, so this time I could only eat one serving, which was disappointing. But I was happy to be able to have my first Kaki-yaki of the winter. They also have Kaki sashimi, so please give it a try.

Whenever I go here, the negi-topped tongue never disappoints. Every time I go, it just tastes so good. Also, I always end up eating the garlic salted harami. It's delicious. And now they accept credit cards. However, if you pay by card, you won't earn points on the shop's point card, so please be aware of that.

This is a yakiniku restaurant located in a residential area along the Toei Mita Line in Itabashi Ward. They have tatami seating, so families tend to come early, while adults are more common later in the evening. They are very family-friendly, providing children's chairs and plates. Each table has a shichirin charcoal grill, so be careful with young children. They offer thick cuts of meat that are grilled over charcoal. I personally enjoy thick cuts of meat, so I appreciate the combination of thick cuts and charcoal grilling.

I regularly visit a yakiniku restaurant called Mokumoku and their specialty is definitely the tongue. The Negi-jo (green onion) tongue is top quality in terms of thickness, taste, and price, I believe it's the best in Tokyo. Other favorites of mine are the suji pon (beef tendon), harami (salted, garlic salted), tako chanja (marinated octopus), and pork belly. It's a delicious restaurant.

Today's dish seemed particularly thick, but still had a softness that made it easy to chew. Delicious.

One important thing to mention when going with someone is that the place can get very smoky, especially on busy Friday and Saturday nights. The restaurant even offers goggles to borrow because of how smoky it gets. Despite that, you can enjoy delicious meat dishes. The grilled beef tongue is a must-try. I was so impressed that it was even better than high-end yakiniku restaurants in Tokyo. No matter how many times I go back, I always end up missing this place. I think it's definitely worth a visit.

I moved to Itabashi and was finding it hard to eat out with my kids because there weren't many good restaurants nearby. But I really want to come back to this place, it's my second time here! The smoke was a bit bothersome, but everyone was ordering a variety of dishes and I can see why - I want to try everything at this yakiniku restaurant. The beef tongue I had last time was delicious, and it was just as good this time! It's been a while since I've had beef tongue this tasty. It's hard to fully enjoy the food with my little ones around, but I definitely want to come back for this beef tongue! They have a stamp card and even give out Korean seaweed as a souvenir, which is a nice touch.

The beef tongue was too sweet. The amount of pork tongue was unusually small. The staff made a mistake with the order. The meat was delicious, but the original prices are high so it's reasonable. I probably won't go there again. Unfortunately, my clothes ended up smelling strongly of grilled meat. P.S. The South Gate Salad was delicious.

Thick-cut tongue is irresistible. The smoky flavor is delicious. This is what it all comes down to. The thick-cut kalbi also has a solid meaty texture and is very satisfying to eat! The seating is mostly on tatami mats, which can be a bit uncomfortable, but unlike trendy city barbecue restaurants, this place is not too formal, which I like! There isn't much parking around and it's a bit of a walk from the station. Still, personally, it's a favorite restaurant of mine!!

My family visits this yakiniku restaurant once a month. The inside of the restaurant is filled with smoke, but it adds to the atmosphere of enjoying yakiniku. Every time, we order the tongue salt, premium kalbi, liver sashimi, and hormone, and they are all delicious! Especially, the thick-cut tongue salt here is exquisite. Please give it a try. It's a shame that the restaurant's rating on Tabelog is not high, but personally, I think this is the best yakiniku restaurant in the area around Itabashi Honcho and Honjo Numa.
