TA・KA
Visited this place that opened on the site of Sanshi House. The layout inside the store remains the same as before, it seems to be a takeover. Visited at 1:30 pm, with several groups in the tatami room and a few people at the counter, it seems relatively empty. I sat at the counter seat at the back and looked at the menu on the touch panel. I was thinking of choosing a standard set meal menu, but I was drawn to the word "value," so I selected the soy sauce ramen and fried rice set (880 yen). A screen for choosing the amount of rice appeared. Can you also increase the amount of fried rice? For now, I selected the regular size and confirmed the order. After waiting for about 8 minutes while staring at the TV on the wall above the counter, the food was served. First, I took a sip of the ramen soup. It was a light, typical Chinese-style soup like a local ramen. Next, I tried the noodles. The noodles were cooked quite soft, and I thought they would be better a little firmer as I continued to eat. The topping of chashu was okay, nothing special. The seasoned egg was also decent. And then the fried rice. The regular size fried rice had a decent volume. I took a bite first. Huh!? It doesn't taste like anything. I took another bite, but there was absolutely no flavor. Just colored, slightly oily rice. By far the least delicious fried rice I've ever had. I thought it was bad, so I looked at the table, but there was no salt or pepper, only soy sauce, chili oil, and vinegar. I tried putting a little chili oil, but it was completely pointless. Next, I tried adding soy sauce, but it just didn't seem right. Since the fried rice was far from tasty, I managed to cover the lack of flavor by dipping it in the ramen soup. Anyway, I continued to eat the soft noodles that didn't suit me and the flavorless fried rice. As the volume of the fried rice increased, I started to feel resentful. To avoid food waste, I forced myself to push it into my stomach and finished eating. I drank the cold water in one go, pressed the payment button on the touch panel, and finished. Whether the menu I chose was a miss or not, with this basic fried rice, I don't feel like trying again with another menu.
