Four of us girls became cafe refugees and decided to stop by any place where we could cool off. We ended up in a cafe where we could relax and have a great time chatting. The atmosphere was mature and sophisticated, with stylish jazz playing in the background. I ordered a blackberry champagne cocktail, which was refreshing and perfect for the hot weather. There was only one middle-aged regular customer besides us. I would love to come back to this place to enjoy champagne and food at a leisurely pace.

The taste was good, but the portion size was small for a first stop restaurant, so it may not have been the best choice for a meal. The value for money is not great if you are looking to have a full meal. The champagne was very delicious.

I found a Champagne Cafe in the Ebisu West Exit area that caught my interest. It's called "Champagne Cafe Alvente." During Golden Week, I decided to visit this place on a whim. The interior of the underground cafe seemed well-ventilated, and it had a quiet atmosphere as expected from a Champagne Cafe. Aside from Champagne, they also offer wine (of course). I tried two glasses of Champagne. Alvente is said to be a longstanding establishment in Ebisu, and it seems like a good spot for a second drink of the night. It was a little challenge to visit on a bright holiday, but it was worth it!

Today we had a meal in Ebisu, as the state of emergency has been lifted. Before that, let's have a drink. It's been a long, long time since we could have an aperitif. As we descended the stairs of the restaurant, we saw two other couples there. It seems like everyone is feeling the same way. We looked at the menu, and of course, the first drink here should be champagne. I had the "Jamart Blanc de Blancs," made with 100% Chardonnay, while my wife had the "Dosnon Blanc de Noir," made with 100% Pinot Noir. Both were quite delicious, with mine being crisp and my wife's having a rich flavor. For the second round, I had the "Mahi Marlborough 2018 Pinot Noir" from New Zealand, and my wife had a "Champagne Mojito." While we were enjoying these drinks, a female staff member brought us grapes from her hometown, saying, "These were sent from my family." She gave us Pione and Shine Muscat grapes. When we asked where her hometown was, she said it was in Yamagata Prefecture. Yamagata is famous for cherries, not grapes, so it was a nice surprise. Both grapes were sweet and delicious. After enjoying the grapes and two glasses of wine each, we were ready for our meal. Thank you for the delicious food.

On this day, I visited this restaurant with work colleagues for a second round of drinks. It was a Sunday and many bars were closed, but this place was open. The atmosphere inside was stylish and calming. We ordered seasonal fruit champagne cocktails, persimmon cocktails, and champagne mojitos. The persimmon cocktail had a gentle blend of champagne and persimmon fruit, making it delicious. It was clear that this place is popular with women. The champagne mojito, being a champagne cocktail, had a gentler mint flavor compared to the usual mojitos. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

A champagne bar in Ebisu. I visited during lunchtime and chose the basic set menu. I selected the Wagyu ragu lasagna as the main dish, which came with salad and soup. The Wagyu ragu lasagna was finished off with a burner before being served. The combination of Wagyu beef and rich sauce was excellent!

Today, I went to an Italian restaurant in Ebisu. But before that, let's have some champagne. I sat at the counter and started with a glass of Champagne Lancelot Pienne Table Ronde Brut Grands Cru Blanc de Blancs, which had a fruity aroma and a delicate, balanced acidity. For my second drink, I went with a Gin and Tonic using Suntory Japanese Craft Gin ROKU, although I prefer "Ki no Bi" or "Monkey47." Still having some time, I had a third glass of Champagne Deutz Brut Classic, a champagne that Madonna loved, and indeed it was delicious. Now, it's time for dinner. Thank you for the meal.

As the second place to visit, this restaurant is a hidden gem slightly away from the station. It has both counter and table seating, making it suitable for various occasions. The standout feature is the delicious food available, with options like curry on the menu. In addition to around four classic champagnes, you can also enjoy cocktails that showcase the champagne. Although the prices are a bit high, it's a great place to relax and have a leisurely chat.

I had a glass of Pinot and Merlot at the counter. The wine was delicious. It cost around 4000 yen for one person. When I entered after 9 pm, there were still seats available, but it became full later on. Wine bars are precious. It was a good restaurant. I want to go again.

I drank rosé at a champagne-focused bar and it was delicious. I used it as a second stop on the way home from a restaurant. The atmosphere was nice, so it was enjoyable as a way to end a date night.

The champagne selection is always great, with 3-4 types available to choose from. They have a good balance of Blanc and Noir varieties, making it fun to compare flavors. I wish they had more unique cheese options, but the ones they have are consistently delicious. The food is also tasty! I only had some small bites this time, but I'd like to try more of their dishes next time.
