I tried a course this time that allows you to enjoy craft beer easily with light food. It is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course (last order 30 minutes before closing) where you can drink 5 types of craft beer, cocktails, whiskey, and various soft drinks! Now, let me introduce the craft beers I tried this time!!
* The contents of craft beers may vary depending on the day.
1. PILS / Australian Lager 14.5% Batch Pilsner is a style of beer originating in the Pilsen region of the Czech Republic. It is a light-colored bottom-fermented beer, characterized by a bright golden color and a refreshing bitterness created by hops. The alcohol content is 4-5%.
2. American Pale Ale Armian Pale Ale / 5.2% Mountain Culture American Pale Ale [Area] Australia [Style] American Pale Ale [ML] 355 [ABV] 5% -Importer's Voice- Founded by the owner and head brewer DJ, who loves the outdoors and is captivated by the charm of the Blue Mountains, Mountain Culture. Originally born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina, USA, he showed outstanding talent in the competitive American craft beer scene. This "American Pale Ale," which he positions as the core product of Mountain Culture with his own feelings, is described as "more crisp and full-flavored than the air of the mountain before dawn"! Using Australian Pilsner malt and wheat malt with German Pilsner malt, the key is the exquisite balance of caramel malt and the strong hop flavors of Citra & Simcoe. While it has a citrusy resinous aroma comparable to an IPA on the west coast of America, the unique house ale yeast produces a very neutral balance. The lightly cloudy caramel-colored body, not overly filtered, combines the classic features of American and Australian Pale Ales, resulting in the best finish.
3. XPA / Extra Pale Ale. / 4.7% For those who think "IPAs are too heavy, and Pale Ales are not enough", this is perfect! XPA Extra Pale Ale (XPA) is abbreviated as "Extra Pale Ale" and is sometimes called "XPA". It is a beer style that is more alcoholic and has more hops than Pale Ale. However, it is not as hoppy and drinkable as an India Pale Ale, aiming for a hoppy and drinkable delicious point, and is a popular beer style in Australia. We have condensed the good points of the drinkable limited edition beers we have brewed so far. By using three impactful hops and increasing the amount of hops to enhance the hop aroma, as well as using Pilsner malt to lighten the malt flavor, we have highlighted the presence of hops. You can enjoy the aroma of three hops in a refreshing color lighter than Pale Ale. Soft and sweet aromas such as pineapple and melon are enveloped in citrus aromas. After feeling the sharp mouthfeel and the light flavor of Pilsner malt, a clean and crisp bitterness appears, tightening the aftertaste sharply. The dry lingering taste, as if you had bitten into an orange peel, makes you want to order another one. For those who think "IPAs are too heavy, and Pale Ales are not enough", this is perfect!
4. First Chain / CaffeeBokfatStat / 6%
5. Metamorphosis / IPA 6.7%
