The nearest station is Monzen-Nakacho Station on the Toei Oedo Line, a 3-minute walk away. I had seen this restaurant buzzing on social media and was curious about it. There was information that a few new stores had opened nearby, and it was uncertain which one the manager would be at, so I decided to visit. The place is quite popular, so if you plan to dine in, you need to visit the restaurant in advance and fill out a reservation form with your name and time. Since it's not far from my home, I made a reservation for a grilled pork cutlet bowl (large) priced at 1,800 yen around 8:30 in the morning and visited the restaurant in the evening. I arrived 5 minutes before my reservation time and waited outside until the appointed time. I entered the restaurant right on time and took my seat. The food was served in about 7 minutes. The grilled pork cutlet bowl (large) was, hmm, not quite to my liking. The meat was large, protruding slightly from the bowl. It seemed like they were trying to show off the thick cut of meat, but the pork cutlet itself didn't look appealing as it had a slightly dark color from the sauce. The batter was thin and didn't stick well to the meat. The taste of the sauce was strong, so it was hard to discern the flavors, but I didn't find the breadcrumbs and oil in the batter particularly delicious. The meat was cut into thick slices that were tender and easy to eat, but despite being thick, there wasn't much of a chewy texture. There were still some red parts left in the meat, giving it a slightly rare texture, but since they didn't mention the brand, I was more concerned about the hygiene aspect. Could you please let me know which SPF you are using? The sauce was sweet and easy to eat, but with this volume, a sweet taste will definitely become overwhelming. The note advising to change the flavor with condiments once you get tired of it seemed quite careless. The biggest question is why they make the pork cutlet in the bowl thick and wide, even though they know it will be difficult to eat as a bowl dish. I thought I might find the answer by eating at the restaurant, but other than the visual impact, I couldn't figure out what else was there. The egg was fluffy, which I liked, but other than that, it didn't suit my taste. The owner may be good at running the business, but perhaps they don't have much emphasis on the food itself. Yeah, once is enough for me.
