I went to BAKERY & BURGER JB'S TOKYO, located right by the west exit of Yoyogi Station in Tokyo, and ordered the JB's Special with orange juice for 1140 yen. I had tried to visit last week but there was a wait for indoor seating, so I gave up. This time, I arrived at 1:30 pm and asked the cashier if there was indoor seating available. They said it was fine, so I paid and was led to the third floor after climbing the stairs. The small indoor seating area had about 10 seats, with two seats at the counter available. I waited for about 10 minutes before a staff member brought me my burger and drink. The JB's Special had two beef patties, two slices of cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The 226g beef patties were juicy and flavorful, with a nice touch of black pepper. The buttered buns were soft and fluffy, making it the best burger I've ever had. I was completely satisfied and finished every bite. Thank you for the delicious meal!

JB'S TOKYO is a craft burger shop that opened in June 2021 near JR Yoyogi Station. They specialize in craft burgers made with homemade patties, bread, pickles, ketchup, and mayonnaise. The most popular menu item is the "Double★Double" with two patties and two slices of cheese. They also offer a variety of toppings and sets including salads, fries, and drinks. The burgers are made with high-quality ingredients, such as a blend of US beef and Japanese beef for the patties. The buns are made in-house using Hokkaido wheat flour and butter, and they also offer the option to switch to a regular round bun. The burgers are served with homemade mayonnaise and pickles. The restaurant also offers seating on the third floor for dine-in customers. The "Triple★Triple" burger with three patties and three slices of cheese is a popular choice. Overall, JB'S TOKYO offers delicious and affordable craft burgers with a focus on quality ingredients and homemade touches.

Cheeseburger and hot coffee. I upgraded to a round bun for an extra 20 yen because the sandwich felt square. It was worth the wait, the patty and buns were delicious. It's amazing to get such a tasty homemade burger for this price! Surprisingly, this place is not one of the top 100 restaurants. I want to try it with the square bun next time! However, the seating for dining in is limited, and there is quite a long wait because they only start cooking after you secure a seat. The service is a bit dry even though it's a lovely place. There is no explanation given, and even if there are empty seats, they don't clean up, so I recommend wiping the table with the duster at the entrance.

I arrived around 11:45 on a holiday, there were about 3 groups of customers eating in and a line for takeout. The restaurant prides itself on everything being homemade, and I was drawn in by their "craft burgers." I was particularly intrigued by their sandwich made with bread instead of buns. The eat-in space on the 3rd floor was not very spacious, but had a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. I ordered a lettuce, tomato, and cheese salad and drink set for 1040 yen, which I found to be a reasonable price. The bread, patty, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and pickles were all made in-house. The bread was made using wheat and butter, baked in the restaurant's oven until crispy with a nice charred aroma. When you bite into it, the buttery oil oozes out, giving it a rich flavor without being too heavy. The 100% beef patty was coarsely ground and kneaded in the shop. It wasn't overpowering, but had a good punch and was packed with the goodness of lean meat. The ketchup, mayonnaise, and pickles were also homemade, and despite being free of additives, the sauces were impressively flavorful. The rich and flavorful sauces paired perfectly with the patty. While many burger joints may not stand out from each other, this place has a unique selling point with their homemade, additive-free ingredients.

This month's special was the Mushroom Melt Burger. It was filled with plenty of cheese and mushrooms, and the spicy kick of pepper added a nice touch. There didn't seem to be any ketchup or sauce (sorry if there was and I missed it), but the flavors of the cheese, meat, and pepper were strong enough on their own, making it simple and delicious. I was happy to have it served hot again this time. I will definitely be going back for more!

I had a quick lunch drink with just one glass. I had a Triple Triple (a hamburger with 3 patties and 3 slices of cheese) for 1,000 yen, and I also had a set beer for 340 yen. It was a gourmet burger but cheap and delicious. I will definitely visit again.

Limited edition mushroom burger for September! The meat was juicy and delicious! The freshly fried fries and cola were the best♪ If you eat in, the seating is on the 3rd floor, which might be tough for people with bad knees haha. Right near Yoyogi Station, went around 2:30 and got in without waiting in line!

I casually entered a burger shop called JB's Special, known for their homemade gourmet burgers. I ordered their special burger with two extra bacon slices, along with a set of potatoes and a drink. The atmosphere was very American, with music playing in the background that made me feel like a singer might pop out from the walls at any moment. The burger was served with thick slices of bacon on top of a beef patty made from 100% beef, oozing with juices. The cheese had a rich aroma, the lettuce was crisp, and the tomato was flavorful. The buns were made from thick slices of bread, making the burger quite filling. The homemade milkshake was subtly sweet and delicious, and the potatoes were crispy and satisfying. Ah, it was so delicious! It was a moment of bliss. Thank you so much! I bow my head and say, "Thank you for the meal." Ebisu closing.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. It's rare to find a burger place that pays so much attention to their buns. Their 100% homemade buns are made with Hokkaido wheat flour and butter (no margarine/shortening), and baked fresh in the shop's oven every day. Of course, their sauces are also homemade. The homemade tofu mayo, pickles, and ketchup are all free of artificial seasonings (no chemical seasonings, preservatives, etc.). That's why I didn't think of it as junk food. I tried the Double Burger for ¥690. The buns were incredibly delicious. They use sandwich bread, which is really good. The patty was meaty and flavorful, and the sauces had a gentle taste. The pickles were also very tasty. It's the kind of place where you feel like going back again.

Craft Burger is a burger shop right in front of Yoyogi Station. I heard there is usually a long line, but when I visited, it was close to closing time so I was able to eat without waiting. They offer a hamburger style where the patty is sandwiched between slices of bread. The regular single patty burger is 390 yen, double is 690 yen, and triple is 990 yen, which is quite cost-effective. I tried the triple cheeseburger. Each patty is about 110g, so the triple patty burger is quite filling. The buns are crispy, the patty is juicy but not heavy, and the aftertaste is pleasant. The burger looks cheap but is well-made with a mild and delicious taste. If it were closer, I would definitely come back to eat again. Next time, I want to challenge the burger with four patties. It was delicious, thank you for the meal!

Located right in front of the south exit of Yoyogi Station, this burger joint has an eat-in area with tables and a counter that can accommodate up to 11 people at max. However, if you arrive at a busy time, you might have to wait for quite a while! In my case, I waited for over 30 minutes in a group of three people. This time, I chose the "JB's Special" with pickles as toppings and a drink and potato set. The standout feature is the homemade buns, which are square and toasted with butter to a crispy perfection. The 200g+ coarse-ground beef patty is juicy and flavorful, and the two slices of gooey cheese complement it well. The fresh lettuce and tomato add a nice touch. The sauce is also delicious, and the whole burger is well-balanced, making it a high-quality dish. Though slightly on the smaller side, it is satisfying to eat and offers good value for the price.

The limited-time special for August was the Chili Cheese Burger. This was my second time eating in at this restaurant. The burger arrived at my table in about 5 minutes. The chili beans overflowing from the buns had a strong spice flavor and tasted delicious. The cheese was also plentiful, which paired well with the patty, giving a satisfying kick. I was really hungry, so this burger hit the spot. The patty and buns were consistently tasty as always. This time, the burger was piping hot, which was a pleasant surprise. It seems like aiming for a quiet time on a weekday night is the way to go.

It was my first visit. I had ordered delivery a few times before, but this time I ate in the restaurant for the first time. The restaurant is very simple. The hamburger was really delicious, with a beef patty that had a great flavor and was juicy. The cost performance is also excellent.

I missed lunch and ended up having a hamburger in the evening. After finishing my errands in Yoyogi, I googled for a good place to eat and decided to try a hamburger made with sandwich bread, which seemed unique. I ordered a double burger, fries, and iced tea. When the set arrived, I climbed the stairs to the third floor to wait. The burger had two juicy patties made of lean meat, which made it a bit difficult to chew, but it tasted great with mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickles. It was quite messy to eat because it would fall apart if I let go, so I finished it quickly. The fries were with the skin on, which I like. It's nice to eat this kind of food getting your hands and mouth dirty. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by this highly rated restaurant. I was drawn to the reasonably priced menu photos that looked honest, so I ordered a double double with a cola set. It was under 1,000 yen, amazing. You can choose between round buns and sandwich bread. I chose the sandwich bread. The burger was smaller than I expected. There wasn't the satisfaction of squishing the buns, but they naturally flattened as I ate. I heard that both the patty and buns are homemade, giving a solid impression. The taste was decent, maybe slightly above average. It's cheap, so it might be worth trying two different kinds.

JB's TOKYO in Yoyogi is located right after getting off at Yoyogi Station West Exit. There is a place to order on the first floor, but it seems to be for takeout only. When I asked about eating in, I ordered the JB's Special for 950 yen and a potato set for 440 yen on the third floor. The third floor is a cozy space with a counter and tables. Everything is handmade, from the buns to the ingredients. It's unusual to have sandwiches made with bread, but I heard that the first burger ever served in America was on bread. At first, I was unsure about the taste, but as I continued eating, it became delicious. The burger is well-balanced with the patty on one side and lettuce and tomato on the other. It's even better when you reach the middle. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

The hamburger restaurant is dedicated to pursuing true deliciousness. The round buns are easier to eat, but for someone like me who seeks something different, it's a plus. The corn soup has a lot of kernels, which is nice. The sizes of the dishes are not too big or too small, which is good. The fries are average and could be improved.

The interior of the shop is very small, and it gets packed with just 10 people. You order outside the shop first, then go up to the seating area on the upper floor. The stairs are very narrow, so be careful. The bread is not buns, but toast, so there may be personal preferences involved. However, I personally like toast, so this style is not a problem at all. The seasoning is well done and very delicious in my opinion. The only weakness is that perhaps due to being busy or the small and hot kitchen, the staff members have no smiles at all and are a bit intimidating.

The homemade, freshly made burgers at this restaurant are a 100% recommendation in every aspect. The buns are made with all Hokkaido flour, without any margarine or shortening added, ensuring a healthy option. You can choose between round or square buns, but the square buns are highly recommended. The patties are made with a blend of US beef lean meat and Japanese beef fat, without any fillers, making them luxurious. The fries are also top-notch, fried in beef fat oil and seasoned with French rock salt. The attention to detail in the ingredients and cooking process truly makes a difference in the taste. The avocado burger, recommended by a celebrity on social media, is a must-try with its rich and creamy avocado complementing the meat perfectly. The small seating area may be crowded, but the staff efficiently manages the flow of customers. Overall, this burger joint takes their craft seriously and it shows in every bite.

I went to the restaurant on a holiday afternoon and found that all 11 seats inside were full. I waited for about 15 minutes before being able to enter the restaurant. The interior was small, and it was a bit of a challenge to get to the seats on the 3rd floor, but the taste was amazing. The buns were chewy, the meat was hearty, and the guacamole tasted authentic! The portions were small, but the prices were reasonable and I highly recommend it.

Hamburger Exploration Yoyogi Station West Exit Handmade Bread Hamburger Edition There is a popular burger restaurant that has been attracting attention with its unique appearance of using bread instead of buns to make burgers. The restaurant is called "One Hundred Burger" and is located near Yoyogi Station. Although I had seen this concept before, I was always intrigued by the long line of customers whenever I passed by Yoyogi Station. Finally, I had the chance to visit the restaurant around 3 pm one day. The restaurant is located just 15 seconds away from the west exit of Yoyogi Station, with a three-story white building that stands out with its red and white patterned curtains. You order at the window facing the street, and the seating area is on the third floor. When I visited, there was no line and plenty of empty seats, so I could easily find a spot to sit. The restaurant's concept is to create homemade burgers with a focus on using high-quality ingredients and making everything from scratch, including the bread and mayonnaise. The restaurant was founded in 2021, and has been steadily expanding, becoming a popular brand known for its high-quality burgers. The patties are made from a blend of lean US beef and Japanese beef fat, pressed and cooked using the smash method. The homemade bread is made from Hokkaido wheat flour and butter, baked in the oven on-site. The menu offers a variety of burger combinations to choose from, with options for the number of patties, cheese, and vegetables, as well as the choice of bread. I ordered a double burger, which came with two patties and two slices of cheese. The patties were flavorful with a crispy exterior from the smash method of cooking, while the bread had a nice crunch from being grilled in oil. The overall taste was not too spicy, allowing the natural flavors of the meat to shine through. In conclusion, the burger at One Hundred Burger offers a unique and modern twist on the classic American burger, with a delicate and refined flavor profile. The combination of a well-cooked smash patty and the use of bread instead of buns creates a visually appealing and enjoyable dining experience.

I have only eaten at the store once, but I have ordered takeout from Uber Eats or Demae-can and had it more than 10 times. The flyer mentions various points of emphasis, and they really do live up to their reputation for being delicious. And the best part is, despite their quality and deliciousness, they are cheaper compared to other special burgers in town. I recommend trying the special one. Adding jalapenos or pickles as toppings is recommended. I am really looking forward to the opening of the new store at Miyashita Park soon.
