Last week, I checked out this shop when I came to the Budokan for a concert for the first time in a while. Today, I visited again on the day of the concert with same-day tickets. The shop's recommended items were cappuccino and mocha, but I chose the "Limited Samurai Blend" after seeing the pop-up sign. The Japan Budokan Limited Samurai Blend for 400 yen. The recommended cappuccino and mocha are self-serve like at a convenience store, but the Samurai Blend was made by the staff. It's a pretty black coffee, with a strong taste that's not too bitter. I really like this coffee! Today, it might be up to individual judgment with masks, but it was okay to bring it into the venue. A black coffee on a black night, a good combination!

I found a new shop right next to the Budokan where I could buy a cup of tea with tea leaves in it, as the rest area in the Northern Marunouchi Park where I used to visit was closed, probably due to the pandemic. Inside the shop, there was a machine where you could enjoy freshly brewed tea with either cold water or hot water according to your preference. After finishing the first cup, you could also make a second cup by adding either cold water or hot water again. The staff at the shop were very kind and helpful. I took a photo of cherry blossoms at Chidorigafuchi.
