Yurakucho's traditional sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant "Ningyocho Imahan." The name of the restaurant comes from the founder's name, Hanataro, and the location of the official Meiji government meat processing plant in Imazato-cho, Shibaura (Shirogane), which was named "Imahan." "Ningyocho Imahan" is an independent restaurant that branched off from the main store "Imahan" and the Nihonbashi branch of "Asakusa Imahan." In addition to the main store in Ningyocho, they have many branches in various locations. The unique feature of the Yurakucho branch is not only the lunch set menu but also the wide range of lunch service menus available on weekdays. When I passed by this restaurant before, I couldn't help but take a second look at the super affordable "sukiyaki bento," so I ordered it. [Beverage] "Hojicha" [Side Dish] "Boiled greens" with bonito flakes sprinkled on top, beautifully presented. [Miso Soup] "Nameko mushroom soup" with red miso broth, well flavored. [Pickles] "Pickled radish and Chinese cabbage" [Egg] "Raw egg" [Main Dish] "Sukiyaki bento" When you open the lid, you will find tofu, leeks, Imahan-branded fried wheat gluten, shirataki noodles, shimeji mushrooms, beef, and greens in the pot. Everything is well simmered, so the sauce has soaked in well. The beef is tender with little fat, melting in your mouth. Enjoy it as it is, then dip the beef, now coated in sweet and savory sauce, into the egg and rice. The special sauce is made with dashi, not too thick, not too sweet, just right. The tofu soaked in the flavor is amazing. The Imahan-branded fried wheat gluten with the "Imahan" brand mark is handmade in Kyoto. [Rice] "Rice" The rice is cooked perfectly. You can have seconds if you like, they say. [Dessert] "Apple sorbet with kiwi and chocolate garnish" The efficient and excellent service provided by the veteran kimono-clad waitresses adds to the calming atmosphere. It is suitable for gatherings and also convenient for everyday lunches during work hours. Compared to Imahan in department store restaurant floors, the lower prices make it a recommended choice.

Yesterday's lunch ended in quite a disastrous result, so today I decided to make up for it by eating something delicious for lunch. I decided to finally cross the high threshold of "Ningyocho Imahan" before the Shin-Yurakucho Building closes. When I worked in Nihonbashi, there was a time when I wanted to celebrate my birthday by going to the main store in Ningyocho, but I hesitated at the last minute because it felt awkward to go to a prestigious old restaurant alone. However, the restaurant in the basement of the building is more accessible, and when I saw that the lunch menu offered a "sukiyaki bento" for 1,760 yen, I felt it was within the acceptable range for a company employee's lunch, so the threshold lowered once again. The sukiyaki bento had a higher grade option called "selected," which was more expensive, but even the regular grade should have the quality of Imahan's meat. I felt relieved as I entered the restaurant, and I was seated in a box seat, which made me feel even more at ease. I ordered the sukiyaki bento, and when it arrived, it looked delicious even before I tasted it. The sukiyaki was already cooked and served in a box, which is why it's called a "bento," but regardless, it was obviously delicious even before eating it. In fact, it was so delicious that it made the bowl I had during this long weekend seem like a joke. I couldn't help but enjoy every last piece and drop of the sukiyaki, even pouring the remaining beaten egg over the rice at the end. The dessert that came after the meal was a nice touch, and considering the taste, service, and price, it was actually quite reasonable. The entrance of the restaurant had a notice about the closing due to the building closure on September 30th. I barely made it in time. With this, I have now visited all the restaurants in the Shin-Yurakucho Building except for "6th by ORIENTAL HOTEL" on the first floor. I wonder what I'll do next...

I was able to enjoy delicious sukiyaki at the admired Imahan. First, I toasted with a beer. We compared and ate the premium meat and I think it was shoulder loin. Premium meat really is different. The staff cooked it for us and took great care of us. It was so delicious!

I was attending a training session at Yurakucho Building, so I headed straight to Imahan on the basement floor for lunch without hesitation. I really like their sukiyaki lunch, which is reasonably priced. I couldn't have a beer this time due to the all-day training, but I would like to visit again at night to enjoy it leisurely. Thank you for the meal.

The table service was excellent! The quality of the meat was fresh and delicious. The fat distribution was even, and it melted in the mouth after grilling. The meat was not greasy, and the side dishes were also tasty. It's amazing to be able to enjoy such delicious food with great service at a reasonable price. Definitely give it a try.

The premium beef in the special 120g course was incredibly delicious, especially when it was upgraded to extra premium quality. The appetizers and sashimi were of top quality as well! I was surprised by how delicious the fried eggplant with beef sauce was, it was rich in flavor and super tasty! The vegetables were perfectly grilled, and the shiitake mushrooms and chrysanthemum leaves were incredibly delicious. The leftover egg over rice dish was also extremely delicious. However, the fluffy egg rice was a bit too rich. Lastly, the hydrangea panna cotta dessert was also incredibly delicious!

I reserved the Sukiyaki course with 80g of lean meat for 4950 yen. At first, I felt like there wasn't enough meat, but as I ate more, it was just the right amount for a satisfying meal. The high-quality meat that is hard to come by at home was very delicious. The miso soup with nameko mushrooms included in the set was also tasty with its red miso flavor.

Located in the building B1 behind the Oriental Hotel in Yurakucho, this famous restaurant is a hidden gem. I tried the 5170 yen lean meat course, and the meat was tender and the portion size was just right. The main branch is in Ningyocho, and there are branches in various locations, but if you want to enjoy delicious sukiyaki for lunch without waiting in line, I recommend the Yurakucho branch.

Once a year beef day. I managed to win the fierce phone reservation competition and went. In the end, I didn't need to eat all-you-can-eat because I couldn't eat that much. It was a memorable event because it's once a year. The food itself was very delicious.

As expected from a long-established restaurant! The hospitality was exceptional!! Although it was a lunch menu, it was very delicious! I ordered the steak rice bowl with rare steak in sweet and savory sauce, fried eggplant, and green pepper which was perfectly balanced! It comes with clam miso soup, salad, simmered dish, pickles, and dessert! The dessert includes lemon sherbet, apricot, watermelon, kiwi, mango jelly topped with orange syrup. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Imahan in Yurakucho Building's basement floor for a lunch meeting with foreign guests. Imahan is my go-to place for sukiyaki as they consistently deliver great taste and service. For evening meetings, I prefer the main or Ginza branch, while for lunch meetings, I choose the Yurakucho branch. The waitress served us the first bite of high-quality wagyu beef cooked in a sweet and fluffy broth, which was exquisite. One of my foreign guests found it challenging to eat with raw egg, so I realized I should have confirmed their preference beforehand.

I visited this place in Ginza. The traditional flavors are still being preserved here. The staff cooked sukiyaki for us, timing it perfectly to serve the delicious black wagyu beef. I tried the egg over rice for the first time, and it was incredibly delicious.

Customer base: Families with children, businessmen, and various others Ordered dishes: Seasonal meal set (Minazuki) for 3960 yen including tax After work, I went to Imahan in the building. I often go to the Shinjuku branch, but this was my first time at the Yurakucho branch. Each Imahan branch has a slightly different atmosphere. This time, I tried the June lunch limited menu. It included a variety of dishes such as Minazuki tofu, roast beef with grated daikon and wasabi, nigiri sushi, sashimi of white fish, simmered beef, grilled swordfish with sansho pepper, vinegared vegetables, fried eggplant in broth, black wagyu beef two ways (seared and sukiyaki), rice with edamame, pickles, red miso soup, and a dessert of anmitsu with tomato, fava beans, agar jelly, sweet red bean paste, and bracken rice cake. The quantity, quality, and service were consistently excellent as always. Even though the branch was different, there was not much difference in the experience, which was wonderful. The lunch provided a good value with generous portions and complimentary drinks. The amount of food was a bit much, but the content was satisfying. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meal.

I ordered the Imahan Gozen for Sunday lunch. Although I didn't make a reservation, I was seated in a private room. I felt a bit hesitant to dine alone, but since this restaurant is located in the basement of an old commercial building, it was still easy to enter. The price was a bit high, but considering the quality of service and the private room, it was within an acceptable range. By the time it was past 12 o'clock, the restaurant was fully booked. It's better to make a reservation in advance. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

I had always wanted to visit Imahan, and it did not disappoint. As a longstanding traditional restaurant, everything from the food to the atmosphere and service was excellent. It felt like enjoying a luxurious sukiyaki kaiseki meal in a high-end ryokan. The meat and vegetables were delicious, and even though I'm on a diet, I couldn't resist having four bowls of rice. Still, I left feeling completely satisfied.

I was invited to my niece's 1st birthday party. The service was excellent, which is often used for celebrations like the first meal or birthday party. They offered to take photos while the baby was in a good mood. They helped keep the baby happy throughout the event. The sukiyaki was delicious, as expected from Imahan, and there were plenty of private rooms available.

I made a reservation for lunch on a holiday! At 11 o'clock there weren't many customers, but as it approached 12 o'clock, it was fully booked! It might be better to make a reservation. The interior of the restaurant is a bit old, but it feels clean. When I sat down, I was served warm tea. I ordered the holiday special sukiyaki bento set! The regular sukiyaki set comes with sashimi, which I can't eat, so I chose this one instead! The holiday special sukiyaki bento is more expensive, but the quality of the meat is higher. I tried both, and the higher quality one had no unpleasant smell! The set includes rice, pickles, miso soup, and sukiyaki ingredients such as tofu, wheat gluten, chingensai, mushrooms, konnyaku, and green onions besides the meat. It's sweet and delicious with plenty of sugar! The portions are not large as they are served in small amounts. The rice was fluffy and tasty! The dessert was kiwi and strawberries~

When I went to see a stage at the Teikoku Theater, I used it for lunch. The lunch was very luxurious and got me excited. I didn't know that Imahan was in the basement of a building in Yurakucho, so I thought I'd like to come back again. The price is a bit high, but next time I want to eat slowly at night instead of for lunch.

I couldn't make a reservation at Ningyocho Imahan, so I came to the Yurakucho branch. I didn't know Imahan had many branches. Today's meal was Aomori beef, and it was delicious. I ended up eating three bowls. Thank you for the meal.

Celebrating a child's milestone at home is common, but as someone who enjoys dining out, I saw it as a perfect opportunity to indulge in a special meal. For my beloved son's first meal celebration, we chose Imahan for his traditional first meal ceremony. Alongside, the adults enjoyed a delicious sukiyaki course. On September 22, 2019, at 1:25 PM, there were 3 adults and 1 child. The adults opted for the lunch sukiyaki course with a mix of roast and lean meat. Before that, we conducted the traditional first meal ceremony for our son with the "first meal set" which was similar in price to the adult course, showing that everyone was enjoying a luxurious meal. The first meal set was impressive with a large sea bream, and the food was not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. The sukiyaki course that followed was served elegantly by a kimono-clad server. The red meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection, and each ingredient was a delight to savor. The meal ended with a refreshing dessert of sorbet and kiwi. Overall, it was a luxurious and delicious lunch experience at Imahan! Thank you for the wonderful meal!
