★3.5【FILE 4192】2023/08/08 (Tue) 11:25 Visited the ramen shop opened four months ago in April 2023, at Tokyo Dome LaQua DELI&DISH along the Kasuga Ushigome Ishikawa Line. It is the sister shop of Ebimaru Ramen opened in September 2017, with a total of two shops including French Noodle Factory opened in April 2023.《Current Edition》In new posts since May 2023, one shop has closed, leaving 13 shops remaining. Visited Ebimaru Ramen a week ago on July 31st (Mon), so decided to visit here as well. The interior has a casual atmosphere with white and wood tones. There are table seats in the front and counter seats in the back, totaling 25 seats, which is quite spacious. It was 11:25 when I visited, and there were only three customers, so I was allowed to use a four-person table. After that, gradually more customers entered and about 80% of the seats were filled. The customer base is 80% female and 20% male. The service is handled competently by one female staff member. The menu includes: ◆Lunch Sets ・Set A: 1518 yen (tax included) (Drink, ramen, risotto) ・Set B: 1738 yen (tax included) (Drink, ramen, risotto, salad) ・Set C: 2068 yen (tax included) (Drink, ramen, risotto, appetizer platter) ◆A La Carte ・Original Lobster Ramen: 1290 yen (tax included) ・Original Lobster Bak Choy: 1490 yen (tax included) ・Original Lobster Deluxe: 1890 yen (tax included) ・Whole Lobster Ramen: 5140 yen (tax included) ◆Limited Time Offer ・Chilled Caprese Ramen: 1480 yen (tax included) ◆Sets ・Recommended Set: +580 yen (tax included) (Risotto) The ramen in the lunch set includes: ・Lobster Tomato Cream ・Lobster Spicy Curry ・Original Lobster ・Lobster Carbonara ・Lobster Sesame You can choose from five types of drinks for the lunch set: ・Iced Coffee ・Iced Tea ・Oolong Tea ・Guava Juice ・Cola I ordered Set A for 1518 yen. It includes: ・Iced Coffee ・Original Lobster Ramen ・Risotto The serving time was about 12 minutes: 11:28 Ordered, 11:32 Drink served 3 minutes later, 11:33 Ramen served 5 minutes later, 11:40 Risotto served 12 minutes later. The drink was Iced Coffee. The ramen was Original Lobster Ramen, served in a huge white bowl with garlic, carrots, onions, and other vegetables stir-fried, plenty of brandy added, simmered to the limit, lobster head and water added, boiled for 3 hours, then all the ingredients were pulverized in a large hand mixer and strained repeatedly to make the soup smooth. It contains 100% lobster soup made using French techniques, with noodles, premium pork Hida Buta char siu, baguette, sour cream, and cherry tomatoes on top. Upon tasting, I found that the noodles were not the thick, firm noodles like the main branch, but rather normal noodles, and the soup lacked the intense umami flavor of the main branch. The risotto is served in a hot iron pot with white rice, an egg yolk in the center, and lobster placed around the edges. They pour rich lobster soup over the risotto and sprinkle cheese on top. When you add more lobster soup, it boils in the hot iron pot, and the cheese melts. It's delicious. The interior has a casual atmosphere with white and wood tones. It's more spacious than the main branch, so the atmosphere is pleasant. The differences from the main branch are the product names and prices: Main Branch: Original Ebimaru Ramen: 1298 yen (tax included) Branch: Original Lobster Ramen: 1290 yen (tax included) The names and prices are subtly different. "Ebimaru" has become "Lobster". Also, here they have lunch sets, which reduce the amount of noodles to 2/3 and include a drink. The taste is also different, with the main branch being overwhelmingly delicious. Set A for 1518 yen is a set with a drink, original lobster ramen, and risotto. It's delicious, but the Ebimaru Ramen Ebimaru Recommended Set for 1837 yen that I had a week ago is overwhelmingly more delicious.
