The recommended way to enjoy the double portion is to generously add vinegar and chili oil, then mix it thoroughly (。-`ω´-) I think maybe less vinegar would have been better to fully savor the richness of the sauce. After all, since it's oil-based ramen, do we really need the refreshing taste of vinegar? The chili oil isn't too spicy; it seems to play a role in complementing the oil. It's quite satisfying \(^o^)/ I felt like I'd get tired of it if it didn't have a punchy flavor, so next time, I'm thinking of adding garlic and yuzu pepper?"
