"Unaju is served with rice and eel in two layers, and you put the eel on the rice yourself. It's a matter of personal preference, but I think I might prefer it if the eel was already on the rice from the beginning. The sauce doesn't really soak into the rice otherwise. But it's still delicious. However, I prefer Yoshizuka Unagi, so that's why I'm giving this rating. The interior is nice, which is a plus!"
