"Tsukemen Rocky" offers Tsukemen for 880 yen and Chashu for 350 yen. Their dipping sauce is a blend of pork bone and seafood, known as "Mataoma style." The soy sauce in the base is mild and rounded in flavor. The floating pork fat enhances the richness, and a moderate acidity stimulates your appetite. It's delicious! The noodles are thick and straight, providing a satisfying texture and a good wheat flavor. The Chashu is sliced pork belly that's cut into the dipping sauce and is also tasty. But the highlight is the extra Chashu, which is large and thick, bursting with the savory taste of meat. It's incredibly delicious! Additionally, if you write your name on the back of the meal ticket and drop it into the box inside the restaurant, they hold a monthly lottery, and if you win, you get a one-month free pass.
