Cues Mall, lunchtime everywhere is crowded. Do you want to wait in line for it? Even the shop where people line up to eat. One thing that can be said about Cues Mall is that there are too few restaurants compared to the number of people it accommodates. So, queues are formed. (Do you really want to eat conveyor belt sushi so badly that you'd wait in line for it?) On this day, I and my wife went shopping and decided to eat here because we didn't feel like cooking at home. This place is called "Miyama." To briefly describe the restaurant system: 1. Choose two types of hotpot soup from several options. 2. While there is a menu option without all-you-can-eat, most people choose the all-you-can-eat option for hotpot. 3. Meat is ordered by calling a waiter using a buzzer. (There are also paid izakaya-style menu items.) 4. Non-meat food items are self-served. Hmm... We were both puzzled by this system because it was our first time at such a restaurant. We randomly ordered some meat and tried it, but I think it might be my first time having beef hotpot outside of Japan. Honestly... it wasn't that great. So, I ended up eating it in a less refined manner, not one slice at a time, but grabbing a bunch at once... You have to take something, so I consumed a large amount of the "vegetables," which seemed to be the most expensive in terms of cost. From the interior to the restaurant's system and the food, it seems to cater to students. My stomach is full now. Thank you for the meal!
