"Beard Papa is doing well. Their clever tactics of using a pleasant fragrance to attract customers, like an eel shop, may seem unfair! But it's a chain store, not to be taken lightly; their cream puffs are quite something. I'd be delighted to receive one. Today, I'm low on energy from a lack of sleep since morning, but I have to keep going for another 2 and a half hours. In the evening, I craved something sweet, so I bought some. I didn't want convenience store sweets. I initially planned to buy a regular cream puff, but when I went there, they had a 'Seasonal Limited Edition: Blueberry Cheesecake Choux' with just two days left. I love blueberries, cream cheese, and cheesecake, but what about choux pastry? I wondered while buying it anyway. The result... hmmm? The blueberries are refreshing, and the cream is somewhat sour, not very sweet. Quite refreshing. The cream is fine on its own, but it doesn't quite go with this choux. I think the choux itself, with a not-so-sweet, crispy texture, is good, but it doesn't match well with this tangy cream. They used to have things like 'Caramel Chocolat Choux' and 'Milk Tea Choux' before. That 'orthodox sweetness' style would go better with this pastry. This freshness would work better when wrapped in a sweet pie or made into a cone. It feels mismatched and wasteful. ...Actually, I had a feeling before I bought it. Yeah, I craved something sweet, but I was left with an unusual freshness (laughs)."
