"Yoshinori Coffee" in Higashikawa, I came alone as always, Yome-san is still working, and it's a late day, so I decided to come to Higashikawa. It's not one of the usual three cities, but there are fewer places to go in Kushiro, and I've been to Obihiro for two weeks in a row. Asahikawa? That's what I was thinking, of course, Asahikawa is great, but it's a bit far, so it's Higashikawa. When I checked, it's only about 5 km away. I don't know why. I had made a note to go there a few weeks ago, but I don't remember why I didn't come. Yoshinori Coffee was also in the notes. It's here, in a field. The atmosphere is maintained, and they haven't harvested the rice for a different reason, I think. The interior of the shop is also lovely, it's a place for women. There were five women in the previous customers. The atmosphere is good, so I'll have a drink inside. It's 100 yen more expensive, but there are two very friendly women. I've been to Higashikawa quite a bit this time, but there's no flaw in the service anywhere. Everyone is great. I wondered if it was a synergistic effect. I hope other tourist destinations will learn from it. There are two types of coffee, one with a rich, deep flavor and the other with a light flavor. Of course, I ordered the former. I took off my shoes and waited at a seat where I could see outside, and it came in 5 minutes. There is no feeling that it was brewed carefully, maybe it's a machine, and the color is reasonably dark, but as soon as I drink it, I remember what a local person said. It's definitely light. I see. Well, the beans are different, and the conditions are not the same, so I can't compare them, but it's not strong, and it's not deep. The beans themselves are delicious, I think. I feel like I've had coffee, so I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was good.
