"Kitsuen Kanou" has some business nearby ♬ Yay! I couldn't go there for a while, but now I have a chance to visit "Yoshino" San's Kamikawa branch (^_-)♪ I actually went there a few years ago with a few friends, like a mini-tour. At that time, I heard it was the best among the affiliated restaurants! But I don't remember much about it... Is it still good? This time, I'll find out the truth... ( *^艸^) Having ramen for dinner? That's rare for me, so it's a great opportunity, right? Haha, even though I usually end up having ramen while tipsy in the middle of the night or sharing ramen at a barbecue restaurant... it happens (* ॑꒳ ॑* ) As we aim for the evening opening time, customers start to come in one after another! It's so popular... (・∀・)ヘェ~ I ordered the "Miso Butter" ramen for 800 yen. When I asked for the noodles to be slightly firm, they gave me a mysterious explanation, saying, "The firm noodles will be made separately, is that okay?" I didn't really understand, but I said, "Sure..." Later, I found out that Kitadora-san and Mitsukobu-san had received similar mysterious responses... Haha. Make it separately? Isn't it just lifting the noodles out a little earlier? Do they not know? Or maybe it's something I don't know? ( *^艸^) Well, it's fine. I'm not in a state of extreme hunger or anything. I didn't really feel much difference from other places, but at least the bean sprouts weren't overcooked, which was nice ♬ It's still a rich and garlic-heavy miso ramen. I briefly thought about the upcoming health checkup (laughs). I put the miso sauce in the bowl, then the soup, then the noodles, and topped it with bean sprouts... but the problem is that the hot and warm parts don't mix well in the bowl, and the hotness isn't consistent... Also, the noodles were too firm (laughs). The valley-style flavored pork chashu... I found out later from Kitadora-san's review on Tabelog that I should have checked in advance. Should've done my research~ ( ̄▽ ̄;)
