我附近经过，所以尝试购买了一下。水果挞400日元。焗烤芝士蛋糕350日元。味道很不错，但我更喜欢北见有两家更喜欢的蛋糕店，可能不会经常来这里购买。时髦的蛋糕真的很贵，不只是北见，其他地方也一样。还有草莓奶油泡芙。我只喜欢奶油泡芙里的奶油部分。如果有单独卖奶油泡芙的话，我想尝试一下。以后还会再来的。服务很好。

"Kagami Confectionery" is in Kuniko-fu. I went to Oshido for lunch, which requires passing through Kuniko-fu, and I passed by the confectionery shop. I've seen it before, so I naturally thought it would be mentioned in my notes. But this time, the shop name is in the memo. What's that all about? I thought, "Did you really write down the shop you went to?" Later, I noticed it wasn't written down. Why? I'll visit it on my way back. It's a stylish and beautiful shop. They even wrote, "Ask for permission if you want to take photos." I'm not religious, so it's a hassle, and I won't take photos. When I wrote "stylish," maybe they took it as sarcasm. Did the two of them do it together? I ordered "strawberry shortcake," "fruit tart," and "mango cake." It's expensive. I might want to spend more, but I guess that's impossible in Kuniko-fu. I'm deciding Kuniko-fu's financial situation on my own. It's just that I can't afford it. When I showed the shop name after coming back, Yome-san was thrilled. She asked, "Did you go there?" "Do you know it?" "Wasn't it temporarily closed when we went there last time?" That's what she said. So, did she recognize it because of that? And the "fruit tart" is falling apart. Why? Various ingredients are layered together, like something soft, maybe jelly? Is collapsing. The bottom is pie crust. Well, isn't there too much stuffed into it? This... somehow disappointing. The mango cake has a pretty rough sponge. The moment I tasted it, I felt a strong discomfort. Maybe that's the selling point, but I have a strong resistance to it. I can't stay still. When I eat about half of it, it collapses. There's one way to eat this cake cleanly: put it all in your mouth at once. Other than that, I can't eat this cake cleanly.

这个城镇是一个独立的自治体，叫做"训子府町"。虽然有一家小而精致的和果子店（可能是羽前屋的分店），但一直没有蛋糕店。如今，这个小城镇终于迎来了一家心仪已久的蛋糕店。尽管它是在农村地区开业的，但店内的装潢非常优雅，有各种各样的点心和展柜里的蛋糕，与其说是小店，不如说是种类繁多。而且不仅柜台内有店员，还有其他服务人员在店里。考虑到这是一家小型个人店，店铺的建筑方式令人印象深刻。现在，让我们谈谈食物，水果挞上面铺满了各种水果，下面有一层普通的果冻，中间是饼干饼底。顶部果冻很松软，底部稍硬，味道不错，但切割和食用起来有点不方便。奶酪蛋糕很松软，味道美味。我记得它非常柔软，但具体的味道我记不太清了，抱歉。巧克力蛋糕是由巧克力奶油和慕斯制成的，带有轻盈的口感，不会太沉重，更像是可可风味。对巧克力爱好者来说，这是个好选择。最右边的卷蛋糕看起来很重，叫"坤札卷"，使用了当地训子府的牛奶。这款蛋糕也非常松软，我母亲在切割时抱怨切得有些困难。但是，这只是说明这个蛋糕内部非常松软。这家店总体上以轻盈、略微湿润的口感为特点。最引人注目的特点是鲜奶油，没有多余的甜味，味道属于口感较轻的那种，但奶味浓郁。虽然我的描述可能听起来不太好，但奶味真的非常浓郁。我曾经在吃软冰淇淋时感觉到高脂肪的牛奶在使用上有所不同，但在鲜奶油中感受到这么浓烈的牛奶味，是我第一次经历。因此，我不会向那些不喜欢或无法喝牛奶的人推荐这家蛋糕店。但对于喜欢牛奶、可以喝牛奶的人来说，我会强烈推荐这里。嗯，如果你喜欢牛奶并且是附近的居民，那么不尝一尝这家店的蛋糕真是人生一大损失，这是一个老生常谈的建议。

开店不久后就前来品尝了各种蛋糕，每一款都非常美味。
