"2019年10月 初訪" Age-related gradual increase in blood pressure, which has recently reached a somewhat delicate level, although not yet requiring medication. Well, to be clear, lack of exercise and being overweight are probably the main reasons, but I've seriously started thinking about making some lifestyle and health improvements. According to the doctor, there are various ways to improve blood pressure, and one of them is to "take a relaxing bath with lukewarm water." When I looked it up on the internet, bathing in "carbonated hot springs" was said to be highly effective, especially high-concentration carbonated hot springs, which are even recognized for medical use. However, there are few natural carbonated hot springs in Japan, and when I looked for ones that I could easily visit from home, I found that the "Honoka" day spa facility had artificial carbonated hot springs. Among the "Honoka" facilities, the North Hiroshima store and the Kita-Hiroshima store have carbonated hot springs. So this time, I visited the Kita-Hiroshima store. Well, that's enough of a side note. What I'm going to review this time is the dining area at "Honoka Kita-Hiroshima Store." I had "Chicken Tempura with Grated Daikon Soba" and "Kyoho Grape Orange." Well, to put it briefly, it's of an appropriate level, but for something offered at a facility like this, it's quite satisfying. The "Chicken Tempura with Grated Daikon Soba" comes with two small pieces of chicken tempura, grated daikon radish, a warm egg, chopped seaweed, and green onions as toppings, and the soba itself is not bad either. Since I'll probably continue to use the hot spring in the future, there should be plenty of opportunities for revisiting the dining area.
