"Komeda Coffee" in Kushiro Town, I'm alone, and this will be my last food review activity in Kushiro. I'm not saying I won't come back, and I'm not quitting Foodlog. I'm just ending my Foodlog activities in Kushiro. So, I'll visit the places I missed this time. I've been to Komeda three times, but I got nervous looking at the reservation paper at the entrance and left. It's past 10, and it seems empty this time. The two girls at the cash register are looking at me but not saying anything. It looks vacant, but do I have to press the waitlist machine? I mime it a few times, but they keep talking to each other and ignoring me. What's going on? What should I do? Can I just go in by myself? Finally, a different girl comes and asks, "How many people?" Yes, they seem to have specific roles, which is fine, but can't they at least say, "Please wait a moment"? Is that not in the manual? They seat me at a table for two. I only want Komeda Blend coffee, so I ask for the menu. "Would you like breakfast?" "No, thanks." Then she says, "I'll bring you some roasted soybeans instead." I don't want them, but refusing would be impolite, so I agree. It took about three minutes. That's the coffee here, I guess. The cup and saucer are familiar, but it's decent, as some of your reviews mentioned. The coffee is moderately deep in flavor. It lacks richness and depth, but it's fine for coffee at a place like this. There's no room for complaints. It's better than the national chain, Starbucks, where the beans can vary from day to day. I wonder what this place was originally. Well, my schedule is busy, so I'll head back. Thanks for the meal. Finally managed to get in.
