令和5年8月,约在早上6点左右,我前往东京的29楼,拜访了Nadamans Shangri-La Hotel Tokyo店。我受到了主厨M的热情欢迎(并获赠了一份葡萄酒冻),我们坐在通常的窗边座位上。我们的服务员是新来的Ta队长,我得知了Tu女士已经退休的消息,她是这家店铺的一位重要员工,给这个地方带来了特殊的氛围。
在寿司吧台旁边,O大师亲自前来打招呼。我们点了寿司套餐(8块寿司)、天妇罗拼盘、蔬菜天妇罗和拖拉面,我主要负责吃天妇罗。酒廊的Fu套餐经理也来向我们打招呼!
从料理长端上的凉菜(冬瓜、小芋、秋葵、软墨鱼、鳗鱼子)令人赞叹不已。接下来是握寿司,包括2块前菜炙烤寿司(鳯尾鱼、金枪鱼腩),价格约为3020日元。車海老(虾)虽然通常是温热的,但这次却有点凉,价格为1650日元。拖拉面(温)价格为1320日元。
料理长还送上了季节水果和柚子酒冻的夏季版本,这份创意让我深感敬意。最后的账单大约为33000日元。
晚餐结束时,F.AM过来询问我们的用餐体验,令人感到温馨。寿司吧台新手Ko先生也前来问候。大约在晚上7:30,我们受到M料理长和S副总支配人F.AM的亲自送别。我心满意足地回房间。总体评分为4.7(之前为4.6)。
