"やきとり一番"是一家历史悠久的烤鸡串连锁店。这次是我第一次来,也兼作躲雨之用。果然,在一个大雨的工作日晚上,只有少数客人。我暂时坐在吧台上,点了一杯生啤酒和一份章鱼腩作为开胃菜。生啤酒(Asahi Super Dry)很凉爽,对于下班后来喝最合适不过了。章鱼腩相对价格来说有点小,但是因为是第一次尝试,所以我点了一份烤鸡串五根套餐。对于一个人来说,这刚刚好。套餐包括了"ねぎま・つくね・ズリ・ハツ・手羽先"。这些烤鸡串是用长时间烧烤的備長炭制作的,虽然是连锁店,但不能小看它。味道很美味!酱汁的味道也非常符合我的口味,盐的味道适中,非常棒。原料的质量也很好,有多汁的肉丸和酥脆的鸡翅膀...每一样都非常美味。尽管是连锁店,但感觉它注重烹饪质量,是一家高品质的店铺。我会再次光顾的。

"2014.07 New Review & 6 Photos" Bird lovers, of course, also love yakitori! If you want to enjoy yakitori reasonably, Ichiban or Daikichi is the best. This time, I visited the Ichiban chain's Senbonji No Uchi branch. When you enter the store from the Senbon side, it opens directly to the counter. From this direction, the front of Senbon is narrow (about 1.5 meters), so there is not much depth. Customers sit at the counter, and there is a kitchen. It's a scale that makes you want to say it's cramped. ^^; This is a pattern that is often seen in Ichiban. Well, the proximity to the owner may be a good distance if you become friends, but since the shop is run by two people, there is no room to talk, so it seems difficult to get close to newcomers or first-time visitors. Now, the yakitori... even within the Ichiban group, the grilling of yakitori is not at the top, is it? Looking at the photos of the finished grilling again makes you want to eat it! The size of the liver is not to be missed, and the fact that it does not shrink too much when grilled is good. The salt also crystallizes on the surface, which is good, and with this grilling, you can feel the sweetness and umami of the salt, which is good. The chicken skin is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside! This texture is the best~^^ The grilling of yakitori is really good here! But you know, the time it takes to grill is a bit of a drawback. It's okay to say that they are grilling it carefully, but it seems like it could be grilled a little faster... In fact, I ended up drinking shochu highballs and sweet potato rocks while waiting for my yakitori to finish grilling. Not only my yakitori, but all yakitori takes a long time to grill... Regular customers must be used to this time. They are chatting with friends or playing with their smartphones... they seem to be able to pass the time well. The Senbonji No Uchi branch, where you can enjoy yakitori with a close distance and good grilling, seems to be quite good if you can become a regular. If I can pass the time well, I would like to have this well-grilled yakitori, but it seems to take a little time to become a regular... Well, Ichiban chain with its unique personality for each store. I think it's fun to find the stores that suit you. My rating from the visit in April 2014. (There was no rating for the store at the time of the visit.) 偶尔我会一个人来这里,一边拿着啤酒,一边吃烤鸡串(笑)。一个人来时,舒适的氛围非常重要。鸡肉串配上泡菜和奶酪真的很美味,我每次都点这个。鸡肉和奶酪的组合真是太棒了。虽然我在家也尝试过做鸡肉串奶酪,但毕竟无法与餐厅的味道相比(笑)。此外,这里的梅子香草烤鸡也是我喜欢的,我总是点这个。虽然我偶尔也会和朋友或后辈一起来,但在这家餐厅,我发现一个人来,悠闲地享受美味的鸡肉串对我来说最好。烤鸡真的太美味了!鸡肉万岁♪
