[3.5 Rating] Arrival time: 3:53 PM. This restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. I came for lunch. About 60% of the seats were occupied by a mix of customers of all ages and genders. Inside, I could see a counter, tables for 2, and tables for 4. The music playing was at a low volume. I ordered the Lunch Set A for 2,090 yen (including tax), which included mackerel, striped jack, and red sea bream. Impressions: The service was lively and friendly. The miso soup had a pork-like flavor with plenty of daikon (radish) chunks, and it had a sweet taste. The rice was slightly firm with a nice shine. The fish had a good thickness overall and a pleasing amount of fat. The crispy texture of the skin was also enjoyable. The bones seemed to be removed well, making it easy to eat. The only downside was that the overall dish tasted a bit too salty, and I got thirsty towards the end. The pickles felt slightly too soft in texture. Thank you for the meal.
