Craft beer sounds good! I headed to "Burger House Nominalu" in Otaniya for a burger, but it was closed. They must be on their year-end break. So, I thought there should be a ramen shop a little further ahead. But when I got there, "Chuka Soba YouLee" seemed to be closed. There was a surprised Donkey on the opposite side, so I made a U-turn and went there. I thought it would be crowded, but I got in right away. Next to me, there was a family, and the kids were ordering with restricted options, asking their parents for help. As a free soul, I first ordered the Donkey House Beer (Draft) Mini Potato Set for ¥1,040. Is there only one type of beer? I wish they would make an alcohol-free option instead of Stout. When I looked at the other menu items, there was a seasonal Raspberry Red for ¥600. I feel like there used to be about three options in the past. I also ordered Crispy Fried Squid for ¥550 and Donkey Classic Salad for ¥550. I noticed that the foam of the Donkey House Beer disappeared quickly, but it had a universally appealing taste. It's not a Lager or a Pilsner, maybe it's an Alt style? I ordered the Raspberry Red for my second drink, which I hadn't had in a while. There was crab stick hiding in the lettuce in the salad. Cabbage was also in the salad, making it a well-balanced dish. The Crispy Fried Squid was crispy and well-fried. If you're going to order potatoes, I recommend the Squid instead. There are also snacks and hamburger dishes, so it's fine for dads to have just beer and snacks~ Since I came to Donkey after a long time, I decided to have both the hamburger and curry. Although I was a little full, I ordered the Curry Burger Dish (150g) for ¥1,015. It came with a spoon because it was curry, but others were eating the hamburger with chopsticks. The hamburger was already seasoned and didn't seem to need sauce. It had a slightly strong saltiness and I think it goes well with rice. The curry was spicy, and although it was a small amount, it was just the right amount for the hamburger rice and curry rice. The radish salad served with it is a must! It's crunchy, and the dressing is delicious. The dressing is sold at the cashier, and the previous customer was buying it. I thought I ate quite a lot by myself~ but it was nice to spend the year-end without going to the city center and just enjoying beer.
