どら身
"¥580円 for the raw liver sashimi, and the portion is quite generous! The chicken sashimi selection is also impressive, featuring both the tender breast (¥980円) and thigh cuts, with the thigh skin seared to perfection for a delightful crunch. The breast meat, called 'hanemi,' is surprisingly fresh and bursting with flavor. The staff here are all young and cheerful, with one particularly cute server. The salad that comes with the meal is unexpectedly abundant, generously dressed with a lemon wedge. There are even enoki mushrooms hiding in there! I enjoyed it while sipping on a Sōda-wari cocktail from Sankaku. As for the skewers, the slightly larger cherry tomatoes were a bit bland, but the grilled eringi mushrooms were delicious. The shiitake mushrooms were decent. The grilled chicken skewers had a stronger saltiness and some parts of the meat were a bit watery, but it added to the overall charm. The chicken hearts were wonderfully tender, and the gizzards had a satisfying bite. Even the liver, when grilled, was delightful. The heart muscle around the gizzards had a layer of fat that made it taste even sweeter when paired with daikon radish. The bonjiri and other cartilage parts were quite sizable. The furisode, with its rare texture, was a real treat. The chouchin, although some parts were watery, the yolk was excellent. I wanted to try the back liver, but it wasn't available that day, which was a shame. The smoked herring roe with cream cheese was impressive, with large portions of cream cheese. Since it was so stretchy and delicious, I had fun rolling it up like a candy until I couldn't stretch it anymore. It's been a while since I had it, but it's still milky and delicious. Overall, it's quite a nice place, don't you think? You can order what you want without any fuss, and it's not too crowded, making it a hidden gem! Thanks for the meal - I would definitely come back here! (*´꒳`*)"
